Had our 1960s concrete double Roman roof tiles sprayed to match our new extension. They were very helpful answered all questions I had, punctual, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

Needed a damp problem sorted out. Surveyor was prompt and professional. Estimate was within my budget and, not to my mind, excessive. Work was arranged quickly and was done to a very high standard both on external and internal. Very friendly, professional and approachable. Highly recommended. DH

Very quick to identify my rising damp issue and provide me with the solution to my problem. Was advised the work would be done on 3-4 weeks but ended up being completed within 10 days of first giving me the quote which was very happy with. Work was done very quickly with a minimum of fuss and they even came back later to paint over the holes that had been made for the damp proof injection which they didn’t have to do. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone

Be careful with this company, the 3 to 4 days for the "team" to do the work actually translated to 1 day for 2 people from 9 to 1.30 (including lunch break I kid you not) and one person a couple of hours of pre work. Would I have agreed to such a budget if I known it would take that time? Not. By then I had paid and they couldn't care less. The guys I think did a good job, but be aware of the above before you commit to the work.

Good Morning and thank you for the review. I can confirm the customer was told this was a job for a one-man team for 4 days. We survey all our jobs before starting them. Our surveyor noted some areas of rising damp in an area not quoted, after a phone call we arranged to do the extra work Free of Charge. The team was actually there for three days. Regarding communication we have been responsive to every email received from the customer all responded to within hours of them arriving. Regarding this situation, we feel we have gone above and beyond. The customer did ask if we could bring the job forward, so what was arranged was for a team to be sent. We only ever quoted for a 1 person job which would take 3/4 days but as we sent a team the job was completed in a far quicker time. We are pleased that the customer has noted the high quality of the workmanship as we will always strive to give the best quality and value for money. Kind regards

We needed to have a damp problem resolved as a previous builder had breached the damp course. The work involved cutting slabs, digging out a narrow trench, sealing the wall and installing a swiss drain. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently with the area left clean and tidy at the end of the job. A job very well done. Would definitely recommend them.

Mr Del, the surveyor made me feel much better as his knowledge and experience was exceptional. He made me feel better that someone was talking sense! The crew who worked on my property were very nice and professional and the finished job looks good. Hopefully the damp issues will be resolved now.

Upon carrying out a survey Simon quickly established that our issue was condensation and not damp. He gave clear and precise recommendations to remedy the problem and followed these up in an email.
