WPS is based in Mill Hill, NW7, and has been established for over 17 years with a combined experience of over 50 years and is a general plumbing company, covering all aspects of plumbing to a professional level.

We carry out complete bathroom and kitchen installations, from floor to ceiling and have experienced teams carrying out the work, all based on a written estimate. We carry out heating installations to the largest domestic size, We cover all maintenance and repairs. Over 70% of our work comes from personal recommendations and referrals and customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority.

We offer a free estimate for new installations giving an exact breakdown of the works to be done. We have no call out charge, and will quote you our hourly rate for emergencies, repairs and breakdowns. We are a member of the Gas Safe Register, and registered for un-vented cylinders.

I came to WPS in quite a desperate situation - I had asked British Gas to fix a boiler issue (that they had flagged up a few months before) and they said not only that they couldn’t fix the issue, they verbally told me the boiler was safe and then wrote a summary report that it wasn’t safe, and refused to change the report. I was obviously very worried the boiler wasn’t safe and would make my home insurance invalid! I called WPS as my parents used them before and they went to see the boiler within 3 days. I also called the office to discuss accessing the property and their admin team was incredibly helpful. They were efficient, helpful, and straightforward. I can’t recommend them enough!

The work entailed a new boiler and mag filter, new circulation pump, new valves, new air release, new shut off valve and minor alterations to the pipework, re-siting of valves, and a full system flush. The team who attended carried out the work with the absolute minimum of disturbance and with care to my property. They worked efficiently and professionally, and I was confident to leave them to the work. They were personable, courteous and friendly at all times, and it was a pleasure to work with them. At no time did I feel inconvenienced. I was delighted that the majority of the work was completed on the first day, enabling us to check the system and run it through the night to settle it down. The remainder of the work was completed the following day whilst they carried out a full system flush. The team created a good atmosphere whilst doing a very successful, professional and tidy job. WPS also registered the boiler on my behalf. All in all I'm delighted with an excellent result, which was achieved to time and to budget, and which actually exceeded my expectations. I now have a far more efficient central heating system as a result.

Fixed a leaking shower

Adam came on Saturday to fix a leaking shower that involved taking the plate off a tiled wall. He fixed the problem (which Thames Water had advised me about as my meter was running constantly) but also advised on some other work on my radiators and heated towel rail I asked him about. He was helpful, polite, skilled and professional. I was recommended WPS by my builder and will definitely use them again for all my work.

For a long time, our hot water was very slow to power our shower. We had the boiler serviced every year by the manufacturer who never noticed the problem. Watertight came and checked the boiler and found the unlying fault. A shut off valve, which was opened and rapidly restored the flow to normal. We have been able to reduce the water temperature. They also replaced our smart thermostat with Hive and that has made an amazing difference. I will now use them for all my plumbing needs

I used Watertight Plumbing Services for a problem with my underfloor heating. They were highly professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The engineer not only fixed the problem, but also noticed something else wrong with the boiler and fixed that too. I can't recommend them enough - great value too.

WPS initially installed my boiler around 10 years ago and have maintained it on a regular basis since then. They are responsive, professional and easy to contact via e-mail or phone, and work is carried out to a very high standard. It is particularly good to have continuity and still be working with the same team that installed the boiler.

I used Ian and his team to replace my radiators due to remodeling in my house and also upgraded my boiler. He came round and calculated the correct sizes and BTU for all our rooms and fitted the correct size boiler for my requirements. His team completed the work within the estimated timescale and the price was fair. Elaine in the office was great and kept me updated with what was happening which I appreciated as I travel and couldn't be home. I would happily recommend Ian and his team for all plumbing and heating work.
