WE Softeners Limited

We already had a water softener that had been installed by WE Softeners when we moved into our house. WE Softeners came up on the list of approved installers when we started looking to have a Quooker tap installed. They initially came out to survey where we wanted the Quooker installed and were very thorough when explaining the options. Due to space limitations, they thought they may have to move things around to fit the boiling water tank and the Cube in the right place. When the engineer came out to install the Quooker system, he managed to get everything installed without moving anything else which meant we gained a whole cupboard. The installation was completed in a few hours and we were given a "tour" of the system. All in all, we were really happy with the service that WE Softeners gave us. Great communication, everything was done cleanly, and there was no drama when they had to think on their feet to give us the best solution. Shortly after the installation, we received a call to make sure we were happy with everything. I'd definitely be happy to recommend WE Softeners.
