We have used Wembley Windows twice in the last 4 months to replace windows and french doors. Both times their quotes were very good value. Installation was prompt, very professional and impressive quality. There were one or two very small niggles - but these were dealt with very quickly at no extra cost to us. Highly recommended.

Wrong window spec installed, originally sales rep admitted to his error. However, after two months of chasing - manager claims no mistake even though the signed contract proves otherwise. Manager is only willing to replace the window again which I do not want to go through such hassle. Prefer the small gesture of some compensation which manager will not ascertain whatsoever. Personally they are not trustworthy - therefore, would not recommend let along ever use again.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend. The builders worked hard from start to finish and were prepared to 'go the extra mile' to ensure the job was done well (the door in particular was not easy to install). They even worked late into the evening to get everything done in one day, cleaned up afterwards and took all the rubbish away. Courteous and polite with a real 'can-do' approach. Great value for money too.

Wembley Windows was recommended to me by a friend. I had Aluminium double glazing for the front and side. A survey was arranged within a couple of days. Following my order my windows were fitted 4 weeks later. The service I received from Wembley Windows was outstanding, no hard selling just 100% customer care. The quality is amazing and they look spectacular, a total transformation of my home. The fitters were polite, clean and totally trustworthy. They worked hard to get the job done with few brakes. I would 100% recommend Wembley Windows for its outstanding quality and workmanship.

We had used Wembley Windows in the past to fit double glazing and a front porch, so we felt confident to use them this time on our extension windows and French doors. We are delighted with the result and can highly recommend the company and especially the two installers who did a great job, giving a high quality finish. Everything was left clean and tidy.

We decided to have a conservatory built & selected Wembley Windows. Extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship & professionalism of everyone involved. After everyday they left the site as clean & tidy as possible. Minor problems that did arise were sorted out as soon as possible. We needed all our very old uPVC windows replaced and contacted Wembley Windows after our neighbour recommended them. From start to finish their service was excellent. Unlike previous quotes we'd had from the big brand companies there was no hard sell and the price was very competitive. The fitters were on time, professional and very efficient. For a 2 and a half day job, they worked really hard to get the job done in 1 and a half and when finished left everything clean and tidy. They even took the time to sort out our clunky back door which now opens and closes smoothly! Highly recommended.

We needed to replace an external wooden door and side panel of a basement property and spoke to five different companies. Wembley Windows was excellent from the first phone call, to emails, quote (competitive pricing), site survey and door installation. From beginning to end communication was very good as was customer service. The new UPVC door was installed within a month of quote approval, and the quality of the door and their workmanship are excellent. The fitters were punctual, professional, tidy and clean. Our tenant is very happy with the new door and we are happy to have found an outstanding company!

I asked what I needed to do before installation. 'Nothing'. Acrid dust everywhere; carpet stained from dust; furniture not put back; mortar left behind the radiator; no one to show me how the windows work; poor plastering; implication that the place was dusty before they came and a refusal to pay for cleaning. I spent the morning re-steaming carpets to try to get stains out, almost two months on.

WW completed to replace with a new patio windows within a day. What is remarkable was not only the highly quality of the work and the windows but also they did not leave any mess. I witness they cleared the area around the outdoor bins before they left.

We'd needed new front windows for over a decade and were nervous about taking the plunge. Stewart who came round to give a quote was very nice, very clear and very quick and the quote was in line with what we expected. Exactly two months after measuring up, a team of two arrived early in the morning. After laying floor protection throughout, the old windows were out within half an hour. The new windows were installed and sealed and our home left clean after seven hours. They did a fantastic job. We replaced rotting wooden sash windows with UPVC sash windows. I used to turn my nose up at plastic, but they are the business, no question. They look elegant and modern and they won't rot. They also have a tilting mechanism so they're easy to clean from the inside. Bravo Wembley Windows - absolutely brilliant.

Wembley Windows took out the old windows and installed two new windows. The technician worked quietly and tidied up any mess as he worked. I was very satisfied with the new windows which were exactly as I had agreed from meeting sales person. They did the installation a lot sooner than I had expected, which was good for me. The initial response time to a query and coming to do the measurements was very good - quick and efficient. The follow up for arranging installation was terrible once the initial deposit had been paid. Seems like there was a breakdown in communications where my order lacked any kind of follow up for arranging an installation date. If I hadn't followed up with an email myself then I doubt the installation would have happened at all. Product and installation itself was good

I have just replaced this window with upvc after 20years living here. I was very nervous about changing it because of scaffolding and living in conservation area. The guys were very good and it took about 3 hours to do. I am very pleased because it will be a lot warmer in my home. Definitely recommend

The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner from the start to the finish. The initial visit from Richard to estimate the job and then ensure it was carried out as quickly as possible set a high standard that was continued by the surveyor and by the installer, who arrived punctually (if anything, slightly early) and completed the job single-handed in about 3 hours. We were quoted a fair price by Peter Jackson who came to assess the job. He was very friendly and professional and we were happy to go ahead as discussed. There was an initial hitch with the measurements, but this was quickly resolved by 'Mark' who re-measured and we were then given a new date for installation. We needed some advice about door handles and glass panels and spoke to 'Andy' in the office who was also very accommodating. The installation process was carried out by 'Cosmin' who is a true craftsman and we were delighted with the finished result. We would highly recommend Wembley Windows. They are a trustworthy company with very high standards of service which in this day and age is very hard to find and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional.

I had 5 windows installed, all went smoothly until the last bay which a miscommunication made fairly tricky but in fairness to the WW team they took the time to discuss options in detail and put in the effort to resolve the issue. I was very happy with the end result and they did a great job!

Excellent service and job well done. The team were professional from start to end, really pleasant and polite and easy to work with. We had a large upvc sash removed and replaced and made good around. The work was carried out professionally, promptly and the site left spotlessly clean throughout and afterwards. Floor protectors were used on stairs as it was an upstairs room, and dust covers used as a matter of course which was very much appreciated. I asked them to come back to check one thing after the initial install and this was also dealt with equally promptly and professionally and the issue swiftly resolved. Excellent, would recommend and when I need the other windows in my house replaced will definitely use them again. First class in every regard. Arrived to do the job exactly when promised, replaced old sliding patio doors with French doors, and cleared every bit of rubbish off-site when completed. French doors look great and the price was too.
