We had West London gas into service a faulty boiler. After inspection they suggested the service would not solve any problems and the work required would be inefficient in comparison to a new boiler. We booked them in for a new boiler and they came and fitted that and a number of thermostatic valves quickly, cleanly and for a competitive price. They also advised that a a bleed type valve was to be installed instead of replacing a radiator which saved a significant amount of money and hassle. Both the Engineers (Leon and Jonathan) we had were prompt, polite and honest guys. Communication from the back of house was really good too.

I had a great experience all round with West London Gas. The initial contact was professional, helpful with clear information. What should have been a straightforward job turned out to be anything but. Engineers Jonathan and Leon from West London Gas arrived to install a new boiler, only to eventually discover that there was a fault with it. They'd worked hard for hours (still with us at 9pm) to no avail. Throughout the time spent in our kitchen, they were unfailingly cheerful and polite. After a five-day wait for an engineer from the boiler company to come out and replace the faulty part (thank goodness the November weather was still fairly mild), West London Gas arrived promptly to commission the boiler, with Jonathan then following up to complete the job and answer our longish list of questions. Jonathan and Leon were both brilliant ambassadors for West London Gas.

The trader has serviced our aging combi boiler for many years, taking care to get the most out of it to our complete satisfaction, never upselling or over-diagnosing. When the time came to fit a new combi condensing boiler, jointly agreed, the engineer was professional, listened and discussed, took care of the immediate work area and surroundings and persisted throughout the day, unfazed by the challenges of fitting a modern boiler into an old house with a 30 year-old system. After interactions over the years I find I can completely trust West London Gas and feel supported by them. Their estimates and bills are accurate and I can call to ask questions and get honest, reliable answers as they are easy to get hold of and respond quickly.

The service from start to finish was excellent. Andrew, the first point of contact, was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. My quote request was handled promptly and phone calls were always returned quickly. Engineers Jonathan and Peter arrived on time, were polite and accommodating, and carried out the work with real skill and professionalism. I recently used West London Gas for the first time to install some new radiators. Great service and reasonably priced. Really friendly and knowledgeable plumber. After the radiators had been installed, I experienced a fault on my boiler which left me without heating or hot water. I reported it on a Saturday, not expecting a reply until Monday (although it was not a big issue as I have an immersion heater and it was not cold in the house) but Andrew contacted me on the Sunday and talked me through re-setting the boiler which worked perfectly. Followed up with ‘if you have any further problems, do let me know’. Fantastic service and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We woke up on Tuesday morning to no hot water! After checking the thermostat monitor which showed an error code, I phoned West London Gas, discussed the problem & they arranged a visit with a new part the same day. Excellent service from initial phone call, to courteous, pleasant engineer. I have used them for a number of years and so have my two sons who live locally. I have no hesitation in recommending this local company based in Boston Manor

Requested a series of small jobs to be completed in one morning later that same week. Office were excellent communicators and I spoke to an actual heating engineer to agree work to be done. They accommodated my booking time request, agreed on the work in advance, texted to say on way, arrived on time, diagnosed and rectified all the problems, and left in under 3 hours. All fixed, clean and tidy. Two people worked together. The team of two were pleasant to have around the house and also good communicators. Also they were happy to go into technical detail if requested. A good local office-based company. No issues with work done so far.

I am an overseas landlord with elderly tenants, so it was particularly important that the new boiler installation was carried out quickly and efficiently. This West London Gas have done within a week, and immediately sent on all the relevant certification, photos and a video of the rerouting of the pipework that was necessary for this installation. Andrew in the office, Peter who carried out the initial survey, and Jonathan who completed the job, everyone was courteous and professional. West London Gas are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Dear Andrew Here is my feedback on the installation of my Worcester 400 18 system boiler. I was very pleased with the way the work was carried out. From the start, clear advice was given on the types of boilers available and the different options such as wall mounted or free standing. The installation was carried out as scheduled and through the hard work of your engineers the extra day set aside to deal with any unforeseen difficulties was not required. I cannot praise your engineers highly enough. They worked virtually non stop on what was potentially a tricky installation. At the end of both days they did a thorough job of tidying up and took away all the resulting 'rubbish' and debris. At all times they were very polite and took care to ensure my two cats did not get out onto the front road. I appreciated this and felt free to leave them to get on with the job. When the installation was completed clear instructions were given on how to operate the new boiler. A very thorough check was made that everything was in working order. I was also given reassurances that they would come back even over the weekend if necessary if I had any problems. I have used West London Gas for many years and have every confidence in them. If I have had any problem with my old boiler an engineer would come round at short notice to sort it out. Best wishes Mavis Holt

The boiler was repaired and some parts were replaced. The work was completed according to schedule. The workers were polite, knowledgeable and highly professonial. There was minimum disruption and no mess left behind. Despite the Chiristmas and new year break, the manager Andrew Scrimgeour agreed to undertake the work as soon as possible. The engineer Jonathan knew exactly what was required and completed everything on time. There was excellent communication before, during and after completeion of work. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend West London Gas Ltd.

Andrew arranged for a repair to our boiler at very short notice despite us not being a client of theirs previously, Jonathan attended as planned and identified a faulty heating pump, explaining and showing me the problem and what was required to resolve it, he replaced it within a few hours and restored the heating and hot water to our house. Later that day another fault occurred with the boiler, not related, it is an old boiler, a call to Andrew late Fri evening quickly identified what the problem was, although he couldn't get anyone to us until Monday, as his staff were all pre-booked, he kept up communication with us via text over the weekend. Monday morning Peter arrived as scheduled and quickly identified the fault, he carried our repairs and left all in working order. I would highly recommend West London gas, very knowledgeable, friendly staff, responsive and communicative, they saved what could a been a very cold Christmas!

They came to disconnect two large, old gas fires, cut and cap the pipes. Gave advice over phone (about gas fire safety issues) which was useful, came promptly, very pleasant workman who did the job in about 25-30 minutes and also helped move the two heavy fires when the scrap dealer came to take them away, which was much appreciated. The finish was very neat and slightly. Would certainly recommend and will use again.

We have been West London Gas Limited customers for a few years, we have done regular maintenance jobs but also replaced the boiler through them and fixed the thermostat. Compared to other suppliers we have tried in the past, West London Gas Limited has always delivered quality work, which lasted for years and did not need fixing, we also appreciate their transparent pricing policy and above all their availability to intervene by phone or in person even at short notice - always in a processional and very courteous manner.

We have used West London Gas to look after our boiler for years. Most recently, one of their engineers gave the boiler its annual service, but also, in 2019, it was they who installed that same boiler. And, previously, they serviced and occasionally repaired our old boiler. They are always efficient, punctual and lovely to deal with.

Andrew and his team have serviced my boiler for about 10 years. Always reliable , on time and super efficient. Last Wednesday about 9 in the evening I emailed Andrew indicating my boiler pressure was low and just asking for advice on whether it was a problem. He rang at 9 the next day and by 12 o’clock had called in and fixed pressure. I have no idea about technical issues but I give Andrew and the guys one hundred percent trust in what they say and do. This is exemplary service. I I highly recommend this company .

I've used West London Gas several times for small jobs I've needed (mainly to service/fix a gas dryer where no one else could help). Sadly the gas dryer parts are no longer available and obsolete. So this time, I needed a gas pipe capped and the gas dryer disconnected. The work was done in 20 mins, with the engineer help remove the dryer and lift the new one in place. The appointment was available within 2 days, the engineer arrived on time and was super helpful, polite and efficient. The site was left tidy and would have them back any time for future work. I have recommended them without any issue for other bigger jobs - which they seem just as happy to do as with smaller jobs.
