We are based in central Sussex and have easy access to the whole of the Sussex, Surrey & Kent area, enabling us to respond quickly and efficiently to all of your servicing needs. as well as emergency call outs. We realise each and every one of our customers have individual requirements, so we will always do our best to fit around your home and schedule.

I urgently needed a spare part for my mum’s stairlift and Liam very kindly went out of his way to ensure I got the part - even going so far as to check his stock and update me on his day off, and then suggest a convenient meeting-point as the item would have arrived too late if posted. I highly recommend Liam for his helpfulness, friendliness, speedy response, great communication and honest service. He truly went above and beyond.

Liam removed my Dad's 30 year old Stannah stairlift on Friday in preparation for the house being sold. He came at very short notice to fit in with our plans. His arrival was delayed and he texted to notify us in plenty of time. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. The area was left tidy and the only traces remaining were a few neat screw holes in the wall. He charged a reasonable price. He has done work for us before repairing the stairlift and we are happy to recommend him.

Liam has previously replaced the gas pump on the stairlift, which works well, and he's very pleasant and efficient. He came to assess a new issue but didn't charge! He's very much in demand and can't always stick to times but will turn up anyway and do a good job :-)

Liam came out to look at my stairlift as it wasn't working, he tried everything he could while he was here. Because it was old, regrettably with all of his effort it can't be fixed. He then went ahead and put me in touch with another company who could fit another type of stairlift. Very helpful, cheerful chap.
