Westflow came on time, put in a new thermo radiator control in one room upstairs, and diagnosed and fixed problem with cold radiator downstairs. Very professional,prompt cost effective service, I would definitely use them in future.

I contacted Westflow about a problem with our hot water flow and temperature control. Barnaby did not quit until the fault was found (a faulty mixer valve). Subsequently, we elected to hire Westflow to install a new shower and accumulator to improve our water flow. I can't fault him and his team. The quote was reasonable, communication excellent, the job was done on time, the team worked considerately without mess, and were very polite. I will definitely use Westflow again and thoroughly recommend them for all plumbing and heating jobs.

I only had a couple of small jobs, one being bathroom basin taps replaced. They carried out the work swiftly, all working well and I thought they were very reasonably price. Very tidy and nice to deal with. I liked they way I was kept informed of arrival time. Following that work I booked a boiler service and very happy with that.

Westflow recently replaced our old boiler with a Worcester 8000 combi. They also fitted an additional radiator – an awkward place to fit it in! We found their quote very competitive and informative. Barnaby and Jow were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. They laid sheet covers wherever they worked and once they had finished, they swept and hovered the area. The old boiler and the rubbish was taken away by them. We have asked them to carry out future annual services. There was a very small issue with the new radiator, which, they sorted out within couple of hours after making them aware of it. We will very highly recommend Westflow to our friends and family. It was very refreshing to get this kind of excellent service these days!

I was recommended Westflow as I wanted my bath tap replaced. 1 of the joints to the tap was leaking under the bath intermittently and I wasn’t in a position to even attempt a repair myself. Joe from Westflow turned up at the agreed time. He is very polite and professional, his enthusiasm at getting the job done was fantastic, and in great time. I even had the batch waste drain replaced too. I’m very happy with their service and the cost for the repair. I highly recommend Westflow.

I called Westflow about a blocked sink in my rental property that had been an ongoing issue for some time. Barny made arrangements with my tenant to come out the following day and had it cleared in no time. Very happy with the service and price for the work. Highly recommended.

Boiler was due a service, but then started to develop a leak. Emailed Westflow and Barnaby got hold with a slot the same day. Engineer was prompt and got straight to work and diagnosed the issue within minutes, assured me it was nothing disastrous and had it all fixed and serviced within 90 mins. I like the set of photos that came with the invoice showing the steps of the service, the old broken piece and the replacement side-by-side (no chance of being conned for "replacing" something that's not!) and the stats from the device that measures the gasses. That's new to me.
