Contacted for the first time to replace a leaking valve after receiving an extortionate quote from a different company. Darren was very helpful over the phone and booked the job in for the next afternoon. Barnaby completed the job promptly and swiftly and the cost was about a third of my previous quote! I will definite use them for any future works.

Barney and his team at Westflow have been very efficient, pleasant and reliable since I first met them 10 years ago and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. This week it was Jamie who serviced the CH boiler at mine and also at my daughter’s place and he was as pleasant and efficient as all members of the small team that I’ve met over the years.

We have used Westflow ever since they installed a new boiler over 4 years ago. Since then we have had new taps installed, new waste pipework and traps in the kitchen sink. They also service the boiler yearly. They are 100% reliable, always provide a fantastic service and when we have had any urgent issues, their attendance times have been so impressive. I work with a team of plumbers and mechanical staff so can easily recognise high standards of work. Absolutely recommend Barney and his team.

Excellent service from Barnaby and his team. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Not only is he super professional, his work is superb. Firstly his communication is excellent. He arrives on time (early in fact). He takes off his shoes even before he enters the house without being asked. He is smart and presentable (not like some other plumbers). Super neat and tidy job as well as cleaning up after themselves. Westflow may not be the cheapest on the market but there is a reason why he has a waiting list. He is the best plumber I have ever used! (I am 53). Highly recommended.

I have found Westflow Ltd to be a friendly, helpful and efficient company with good communication skills in that they make their instructions clear. I have used their services on three occasions now in connection with my gas boiler and on each occasion they performed the task as scheduled, without any fuss and with a level of expertise and high quality which has given me the confidence to know that the job has been carried out properly and with a high level of proficiency and to want to use their services again on future occasions. Asked for an appointment and was able to be seen the next day. My shower water temperature was inconsistent. Barney arrived on time, serviced my boiler and that remedied the water temperature. All good !!

Last year Westflow Ltd installed a new Worcester Bosch Gas Boiler very professionally and this year Westflow were invited to give the boiler its first annual service. This was carried out on time in a quick and highly efficient manner. I was very please with the service and knowledge they had about the boiler. I will definitely be using Westflow again and recommend them highly.

I was recommended Westflow as I wanted my bath tap replaced. 1 of the joints to the tap was leaking under the bath intermittently and I wasn’t in a position to even attempt a repair myself. Joe from Westflow turned up at the agreed time. He is very polite and professional, his enthusiasm at getting the job done was fantastic, and in great time. I even had the batch waste drain replaced too. I’m very happy with their service and the cost for the repair. I highly recommend Westflow.

Barney fitted a new vanity unit, toilet and bath taps. He carried out the work in a tidy and considerate manner, to a high standard and in line with the original estimate. Barney was very helpful and also provided advice about some central heating problems whilst he was here. I highly recommend Barney.

Westflow sorted our Leaky Shower pump. Concisely dealt with symptoms. Fitted a replacement pump. Turned up on time having advised a 2hr slot. Left us clean & tidy.

Westflow Ltd recently replaced my very old (30+ years) Floor Standing Potterton Gas Boiler with the top of the range Worcester Bosch 8000 Life Boiler and at the same time providing me with a sealed Central Heating System and 3 new radiators. Their analysis and quote were very precise and competitive and all inclusive. Barnaby and his team always arrived on time, very clean whilst working and take care to ensure they look after your property and tidy up afterwards. They respect your property, covering floors and areas where they work, are very presentable and smartly dressed. Their approach to the work was very precise and extremely professional keeping you informed at all times and good communication. I now have a Gas Boiler and system that is working like a dream and I know will function reliably and start saving me money in the long term thanks to Westflow. Barnaby changed a radiator at my flat . I was very pleased with the result and would recommend him . He is good at responding to messages .

Westflow came on time, put in a new thermo radiator control in one room upstairs, and diagnosed and fixed problem with cold radiator downstairs. Very professional,prompt cost effective service, I would definitely use them in future.

Westflow installed my boiler in 2019 and have serviced it annually since. Each member of the team is professional, polite and leaves absolutely no mess. Their prices are very competitive for a five star service.

Excellent service all round. Very conciderate to my situation of two children and a broken boiler. Arrived and fixed what is a very old boiler within a day. Barnaby was quick in responding, on time and even messaged me to let me know they would arrive in 30 mins. Quality workmanship, lovely attitude even with the boiler being in a difficult position inside a cupboard. Explained everything he did in great detail and was happy to answer any questions as well as offering plenty of good advice. Great value, great service. Can not recommended Westflow highly enough.
