My shower unit leaked in the base through to the ceiling below, causing damage and collapse of the ceiling. The thermostat in the control unit was also broken and needed replacing. Barney and his team replaced the shower and retile the shower area as well as arranging for the ceiling to be plastered and painted. Throughout the process I was given a full explanation of the issues and all the options that were available to rectify the problem. The team were excellent, they were very reliable and they always left everything tidy and clean. I have since recommended Westflow to other friends, who have very happy with their work and service. I would not hesitate to recommend them, they are an excellent company with a strong service ethic and a focus on delivering quality work.

I contacted Westflow about a problem with our hot water flow and temperature control. Barnaby did not quit until the fault was found (a faulty mixer valve). Subsequently, we elected to hire Westflow to install a new shower and accumulator to improve our water flow. I can't fault him and his team. The quote was reasonable, communication excellent, the job was done on time, the team worked considerately without mess, and were very polite. I will definitely use Westflow again and thoroughly recommend them for all plumbing and heating jobs.

Boiler was due a service, but then started to develop a leak. Emailed Westflow and Barnaby got hold with a slot the same day. Engineer was prompt and got straight to work and diagnosed the issue within minutes, assured me it was nothing disastrous and had it all fixed and serviced within 90 mins. I like the set of photos that came with the invoice showing the steps of the service, the old broken piece and the replacement side-by-side (no chance of being conned for "replacing" something that's not!) and the stats from the device that measures the gasses. That's new to me.
