We have used White’s for a number of years for plumbing repairs through to refitting our bathrooms and most recently installing a new gas regulator. All staff including admin team are always polite, reliable and efficient. Their technicians always arrive at the expected time and explain clearly what needs to be done. Everything is always left neat and tidy. We also recently had an issue with some water damage to a panel for which we are very grateful to Ed for arranging a replacement. Would definitely recommend.

Good proactive clear communication from Whites when they had to reschedule my smaller non-urgent job. Arrived when expected. Job done very efficiently in less than 45 mins. I had not used White's PHS Ltd before and initially contacted them to fix an issue with a toilet cistern. I thought that this little job would be a top priority, however it has been viewed and fixed within days. Due to this I then used to replace shower cubicle, and plumbing to 2 radiators. Couldn't be happier with the friendly efficient service from everyone, including the admin team and engineers. I would definitely recommend!!

We needed to service a gas boiler at a new property and booked this company on a family recommendation. When the engineer arrived we 'mentioned' a cistern leak in the bathroom. No trouble at all, Terry scheduled it in with the office and sorted everything at one visit, even though it wasn't as simple as first appeared. Great customer service, professional attention to detail and a thorough assessment of our legacy heating system. We found communication with office staff to be prompt, courteous and friendly, and this is how we now regard them as our first port of call for plumbing and heating.

The job required installation of a new oil fired boiler, oil tank, two new radiators, new rad valves and full system flush/balance. Chris and Milo did a great job from start to finish. Everything ran to time. They were very tidy and always went the extra mile without fuss - including moving our washing machine out of the way as I couldn't move it after having surgery. We were kept fully updated as the work progressed and we now have a fully functioning heating system. Chris even said they would come back to replace a panel on the boiler unit as it had a small dent in it. The price for the work was competitive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have used White's PHS before to fit a new bathroom and toilet and they were excellent then. We chose them to fit a new boiler due to that previous good work. The quote was also competitive and also provided a greater depth of information when compared to the other companies we asked to quote. The work was completed within 2 weeks and to a high standard. The fitters were polite, very neat and cleaned up as they went. All floors were covered with protection before the job started and all waste was removed after they had finished. Overall very good indeed and a trusted supplier we would use again.

After contacting the company, which in these times can be an issue, I had an appointment, coupled to the necessary terms due to Covid 19 within a day. The plumber arrived on time, finished early and everything was fine. The invoice was emailed to me, and paid by BACS same day. It was the most efficient in communications, timekeeping and execution I can remember. An example to anyone in the trade or for that matters any trade.

We were recommended Whites about a year ago by a neighbour. On this occasion we had a fault in our heating system. The expertise of the engineer was obvious and a successful repair was swiftly carried out with other potential problems being detected and repaired also. Recently a toilet developed a leak. Two friendly and polite lads arrived promptly at the prearranged time. They worked remarkably quickly and completed a first class repair, leaving everything clean and tidy. The invoices for both repairs were very fair. Having on occasion employed tradesmen who don't reach these standards, I would choose Whites for any future work.

Servicing three boilers, repairing two and providing landlords certificates for them. Repairing and servicing a fourth boiler. They had their gas safety card which they were prepared to show me. I decided not to use my previous plumbers because of inefficiency. White's were a refreshing change.

Their quote was the best of all quotes in terms of completeness, and value with the added benefit that they would do the job in 1 day & not 2 days as the others had stated. The two workmen arrived early, working on specific tasks, helping each other where necessary, a brilliant example of team work. We were given a detailed briefing on how to operate the boiler controls. The boiler is now operating well and we have every confidence, if anything goes wrong they will put it right quickly.
