I have used William before. His service for smaller jobs, changing the plumbing of dishwasher and keeping the radiators bled and the boiler balanced is as good as when it was a big project of changing the boiler. Responds quickly, explains patiently and works quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed. Strongly recommended.

Needed a small job of taking off a radiator while I decorated the room, and then putting back at a later date. William was very accommodating, transparent and did a good job. They were slightly more expensive than some plumbers, but I would not hesitate for a second to recommend or use them again. Total peace of mind. Thanks!

An easy, reliable, transparent plumbing service from the moment we requested an appointment. Will I Am is how a plumbing service should be. Sean and Aaron were friendly, courteous and professional. They quickly stopped the problem (burst pipe) by efficiently locating the water supply and then described in detail the work to remedy the problem and also stop it from happening again in the future. They were patient with our questions. As a bonus, they also inadvertently fixed our water pressure issue when Sean serviced the mains. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
