I found a leak in my airing cupboard. I e-mailed some photos and one of William's team came the next day to see exactly what the problem was. The day after, the part causing the problem was replaced and the leak has now stopped. Everything was explained, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Both visits were on time and no mess was left. I've used William before. I am so glad I found him because I trust him (and his team) completely. I would recommend him, without any hesitation.

Highly recommended, I was very satisfied with the services received. William was quick to respond and managed to sort out the issue within 24 hours. Also Paul, the engineer provided a thorough report of the issue, what was fixed and also backed up by before/after photos which was useful since the property is let out so I did not have to get involved too much. Will definitely use again in the future. Thanks.

I was let down by 3 plumbers in a row and was getting desperate as water was dripping into the flat below. Will I Am Plumbing was able to send a plumber round on the same day that I called and Joe not only showed up exactly when he said he would (half the battle) but carried out the work quickly and faultlessly and left the place spotless. I was particularly impressed by the after care service which included a detailed description of what had been done, a number of photos showing before and after, an an itemised invoice. All in all, very impressed!
