William responded very quickly and clearly to my request for a quote, and was able to book us in for the next day. His engineers who came out were very friendly and professional, and talked me through everything they were doing. We thought the price was very fair and the engineers were careful to stick to the quote and not go over time. We'll definitely cal William again next time we have plumbing issues.

I am really impressed with the efficiency, and speed with which the job was identified and dealt with, and whilst attending to the problem another issue was observed and I was given full details, so that I have been able to have this dealt with and any resulting problems occurring from this have been stopped. I contacted him at late notice and he was able to visit the property the following day, with the report sent to me that night. Very impressed!

William came to address a dripping nut in my hot water system and quickly diagnosed that replacement ball and stop-cocks were needed. He made the replacements with parts he had in his van. He completed the job on budget and within an hour of arrival. He was very helpful and polite throughout our interaction.
