I am really impressed with the efficiency, and speed with which the job was identified and dealt with, and whilst attending to the problem another issue was observed and I was given full details, so that I have been able to have this dealt with and any resulting problems occurring from this have been stopped. William carried out a boiler service and gas safety certification inspection on a property I'm purchasing and was very professional and thorough in his work. I contacted him at late notice and he was able to visit the property the following day, with the report sent to me that night. Very impressed!

William came to address a dripping nut in my hot water system and quickly diagnosed that replacement ball and stop-cocks were needed. He made the replacements with parts he had in his van. He completed the job on budget and within an hour of arrival. He was very helpful and polite throughout our interaction.

Will and his mate arrived at the beginning of the time window we had agreed, which was a good start. He was the first service technician to perform a leak test on the house gas circuit, which I was pleased to see. He asked for the documentation that I held for the boiler, and followed the manufacturer's recommended service steps, including checking that there was sufficient ventilation to the boiler room. Will responded to my call at short notice, he addressed my leaking stopcock and provided a friendly service also charging a reasonable price.
