I have used will i am Plumbing & Heating a few times for substantial repair works through to boiler servicing, and would highly recommend. It has always been easy to arrange appointments and William is quickly responsive to queries and making bookings. The team who have attended the jobs have always been excellent, arriving punctually, fully equipped with everything needed for the works there and then, working courteously and considerately with minimal mess and leaving the areas tidy. They have also always explained clearly what they are going to do and what they have done and why at the start and end of the job. Reports after the job are comprehensive with detailed photographs of the work done as a record. Really do recommend highly!

We needed a plumber in a hurry when our kitchen tap gave up the ghost. Our hearts sank. William replied to my enquiry within a few hours and provided me with a good price. He ordered the replacement tap and we were given a slot within a few days. The team he sent were excellent; prompt, courteous and efficient. What a relief to find such excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again.

I had a combi boiler installed (replacing a system boiler) and radiators replaced throughout the house with smart valves attached. I was impressed by the way the company really listened to what I wanted and was responsive to my requests. The installation was done in a very professional manner and I am so pleased with the new system.

I was recommended this business from an electrician. The issue was my boiler and heating elements were fried. Having spoken to another heating engineer over the phone and the diagnosis was probably it was a heating engineer’s job over an electricians job, I reach out to Will I am and explained what was passed onto me. With this he quoted me for the parts plus labour, and the quote for the work was a lot cheaper than the other firm. Unfortunately the issue was just before the weekend, but the engineer, Joe, arrived on time and completed draining the 210 litre tank, changed two elements and changed the timer (which was also fried) within 2 hrs. Although I wasn’t present whilst Joe was working I reached out to him after and he was very responsive and willing to educate me further on the electrics around the boiler. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our washing machine would not work because suddenly hardly any water was coming through the pipe supplying it, plus what we thought was our mains stopcock under the kitchen sink had seized up. I sent on on-line query to William and within one and a quarter hours had a reply to say he could book the job in that day. Joe arrived on-site within the hour and quickly ascertained that it was the stopcock for the supply to the washing machine that had seized and was blocked. So Joe replaced that one with a lever type valve for easier usage and showed us where the mains stopcock was, which was working fine. Joe was a pleasant, energetic young man who made sure everything was working correctly and wrapped the job up within an hour, so our issue was resolved in only three hours from the initial query to William. Needless to say, we were very happy with the service from William and his team and to have the washing machine back working so quickly.

This was as easy as you want it to be in this day and age! Quickly quoted and booked. Emailed five folk from Trusted Trader, and Will I Am have quoted, booked, completed and been paid all before the rest have even responded. Good communications, and Tom arrived bang on time. Considerate when doing the work (floors just been sanded, and care was taken around that). Plus the work was completed quickly. Frankly, it was flawless.

William and team are so efficient and trustworthy - I have called them for help a few times and they have never let me down. I am happy to recommend them.

I used Which? Trusted Traders to find a plumber to investigate a variety of plumbing issues and chose Will I Am because of the good reviews. They are an extremely efficient company with a very smooth and effective booking and quoting system. William, who holds the reins, communicates very well, and very promptly, and his team arrive on time. The first visit was to assess the situation and propose solutions and that was followed up with a brief written report with photographs plus a clearly set out quote. While the work took a 1.5 days, rather than the 1 day which was quoted for, there was no additional charge. They also returned on another day to replace the bidet tap, which they had fitted in error, as it was for a high rather than a low pressure system - again there was no additional charge. They also stress that their work is guaranteed for a year, which is great to know. Many thanks to Paul, Jake and William for their patience and good humour. They are a very friendly team and I am happy to recommend them. If we have any plumbing problems in future Will I Am will be my first port of call.

Same day visit to fix a boiler that had died after the wee shutdown. A short job, to restore water pressure in the boiler, but needed heating engineer expertise. Pleasant and efficient service from the office and engineer. And good value.

Had a washing machine installed by the guys from Will.I.Am and they did a great job. It took an hour to install a new cold water valve, remove the old washing machine and install the new one. They removed the old machine and tidied up, leaving the kitchen spotless. Both guys were friendly and worked well as a team, which made for a refreshing change.

The job was to undertake the annual service of two gas-fired domestic heating systems. As in the past the work was completed carefully, tidily, and promptly at the expected price.

I needed a boiler service. I contacted the company off the back of the reviews on this site, received a prompt response the same day and the work was completed the next day and within the timeline provided. The engineers were efficient, meticulous and polite.

I had a reply back to my initial query (about my broken tap that needed replacing), on a Friday night, within a few minutes. By midday on Monday, job done and a big load off my mind! I was super impressed by the speed that everything got sorted, as well as the meticulousness and care Fabio (the plumber) took when doing the job! I'd recommend the service to anyone in my area and certainly plan to call them first if I need any plumbing help in future!

We were let down and frustrated by our previous plumbers, and after being impressed by positive reviews employed Will-I-Am to initially service our heating and hot water system, and then to replace our hot water cylinder, flush radiators, and fix other faults. Communication by phone, email, text and in-person has been extremely efficient and clear, including quotes, practical arrangements and discussion of quite complicated technical questions. They completed all the jobs quickly, cleanly and well, and we received detailed reports and photographic records of all works. The workmanship on complex and visible parts is extremely good; for instance, tiles were cut to shape and extensive copper pipework is beautifully done. Our very old Biasi boiler has been given a longer lease. The Central Heating engineer serviced our boiler to keep it running smoothly for a bit longer. Clear communication. Extremely professional, punctual and competent!

They changed my cistern, fitted new taps to my basin and bath, replaced the bath trap and sink trap, fitted a replacement basin and pedestal, fixed the pan to the floor and fitted a new seat. The guys were friendly and polite, the work was neat, tidy and satisfactory in every way, the price was reasonable for the job, they came promptly when I needed them and William had helpful advice that meant I didn't overspend on materials. I didn't have the opportunity to use the service - but I was offered excellent advice that lead me to solve my problem at low cost, and saved me from spending thousands of pounds on a new boiler installation (prematurely). On Sunday, the coldest day of the year so far, one of my radiators exploded. This morning, Wednesday, engineer Ryan and apprentice Jayvian turned up at 8.30 am sharp to replace it. Super-efficient, professional, tidy and friendly, they stripped out the 30-year-old radiator and replaced it with a new one sourced by Will I AM - all before midday. Outstanding service all round matched by a very reasonable fee. Owner William has been awesome from the start. As the old expression goes, I can't rate them highly enough. Plus all work is apparently guaranteed for one year.

I contacted Will i am online, a simple process, asking for advice on a slight leak from the pressure relief valve on an unvented hot water cylinder. Will suggested that the cylinder be serviced and if a part was found to be faulty, he would quote. The service visit was booked quickly for the next day. Joe and Fabio turned up the next day, well on time, inspected the cylinder and made a number of recommendations, including advising on the warranty period. At the end of the visit I received a detailed report and subsequently quotations for replacement of the valve, if it was subsequently found necessary to replace it. I was very impressed with the ease of booking the appointment, the care and attention given to the service, the friendly and approachable team who carried out the work, the final report and the overall price and would warmly recommend Will i am to other Which readers.

I just wanted to say what a great experience having William's firm do my leak investigation and repair job. He's hired tradesmen who like what they do and are good at what they do, which is great. On top of that, he's created a fantastic professional outfit (the speedy response, the notes, the pictures, etc.) which is a breath of fresh air.

Ryan came early and was efficient and capable. I needed cartridge replacement on two taps and he had a variety of fitting with him so although I had been unable to give the name of the taps or parts required he was able to do the work within 40 minutes. He explained everything clearly and was polite and a pleasure to employ. William had arranged for the visit at my earliest convenience and the whole experience was a model in professional business. The price was reasonable. I loved that there was no mention of previous workmen's incompetence (!) or issues around parking (not simple in my area) - just allowed me to get on with my day calmly whilst he got on with his. Replacement of a broken tap, boiler service and sorting out a radiator problem. Will responded to my initial enquiry almost immediately, I was able to secure an appointment very soon after. I've used Will I Am for a couple of toilet and bathroom repairs recently. They're much cheaper than their larger competitors and still provide a swift, professional and friendly service. I'll continue to use these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

Tom & Jake have done a superb job of installing my new Valiant boiler. It was a tricky job - the flue was on my 4th floor flat roof, and as the boiler is in a hallway cupboard there was no easy access to a waste pipe so a condense pump had to be fitted to take it to the kitchen sink waste. Tom really went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed properly, nothing was rushed. Will has been great to deal with throughout the process, and also Paul did a superb job of flushing the system before the install. Highly recommended!

I had an annual service and a follow up power flush ouf the radiators - and further visits to fix leaks. Each visit was arranged within a day or 2 of getting in touch, the people who came were professional, explained what they are doing, took lots of photos which were later emailed and always wore masks. The price was reasonable and the work carried out to a high standard. Very pleased.

Ryan & Jake did a great job of fixing my leaking water pipe - they quickly diagnosed the problem and then fitted a new section of copper pipe, which has worked a treat. And all done within an hour. Highly recommended!

This was the most professional and super-fast service from a plumber that I've ever encountered. My enquiry was answered right away, even though I emailed on a Sunday. The visit (on Tuesday) went very smoothly – the engineer even phoned when he was on the way. I wasn't on-site, so, unrequested, I was sent a full report and photos afterwards – much appreciated. I was anxious to replace it with a combination boiler as I thought it would be a massive job and involving so many different parts. Had a problem with my kitchen tap - I send a photo to William. Joe and Ollie came, sorted the tap out and left no mess. They also had a quick look at my stiff toilet flush - which I hadn't mentioned when I made the "tap" appointment - and helped with that as well. They're all very friendly and helpful. I had a dishwasher installed by these guys which required more than just unplugging an old machine and swapping it out given the layout of kitchen and a washing machine in between the dishwasher and the sink. They were able to give a quote quickly on WhatsApp after sending in pictures, which was handy for making a decision. The guys turned up on time and carried out the work quickly and professionally. They capped a hot water pipe which had been left open by the previous plumbers which I hadn't noticed. Overall very professional, happy to recommend and would definitely use them again for any further work.

We were able to see Will the day after discovering a severe leak under our bath. He was prompt, very responsive to questions beforehand, and fixed the leak quickly. We were struck by how efficient and mindful of the cost of his time he was, and also by how clearly he set out what he was doing, and consulted us where appropriate. He made a point of making sure any questions we had were answered, and gave us detailed advice on post-repair actions to mitigate leak damage and follow-up issues. I emailed Will I Am to replace and fit bathroom pump. I had an immediate reply requesting photos. By return a Detailed quote was given and the work was done the following day. The engineer was on time, and as during Coronavirus concerns, wore a mask, gloves and plastic overshoes. I was impressed with the professional service and how promptly the work was done the engineer was courteous, helpful, efficient and left everything tidy.

I can’t fault William’s professional and efficient service. There was brown water leaking from our boiler. Using the online form I sent a message and images to William. He called me back promptly and arranged a visit for the next day. He soon established the problem was a leaving diverter valve. The following day he returned to fit a new valve. The system was isolated, flushed and fully tested. All is fine again now. Good rates and highly recommended.

I called 'will I am' after my boiler broke down last Friday. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out due to the current Covid-19 situation. An engineer was on site within a few hours, masked and gloved, and he had us back up and running again. It was explained to me that a new fan was needed, and within an hour I was provided with a written report and quote for replacing the fan and another job I requested a quote for. William himself fitted the fan and bath tap, explaining everything he was doing. Excellent service thanks!

We had a leak from a pressure release valve on our hot water cylinder in our roof on Easter Sunday in the middle of the Covid crisis. William asked for photos or a video on WhatsApp and gave a quote and a time just 2 hours later. Turned up exactly on time, full mask, gloves and plastic overshoes. Will I Am was fantastic (as always - we've used them several times before) punctual, courteous and sorted the problem out quickly and cheaply.

William has recently carried out the annual gas safety test and boiler service. I have found this company to be courteous, helpful and quick to respond so I am very happy to recommend their service.

Joe and Ryan visited me for a second time that had no reflection on their original work in clearing a blocked kitchen sink that required changing pipe work and creating a better fall to the main waste water pipe - this recent visit confirmed the problem may be a fault elsewhere in the building. The plumbers did all that was asked of them efficiently, effectively and courteously. I have no problem in recommending them very highly.

Another company told me my faulty boiler had to be replaced. Will-I-am came to quote. They were prompt professional and took tome to explain my options. They said the boiler could be repaired. I got a report with photos the same day. I was given a 20% discount on the diagnostic visit. They sourced the parts for my 17 yr old boiler and came and fixed it the day after my quote. The whole thing with both visits cost £300 instead of 3-4000 for replacement. I have lovely hot water again. Highly recommend

I was let down by 3 plumbers in a row and was getting desperate as water was dripping into the flat below. Will I Am Plumbing was able to send a plumber round on the same day that I called and Joe not only showed up exactly when he said he would (half the battle) but carried out the work quickly and faultlessly and left the place spotless. I was particularly impressed by the after care service which included a detailed description of what had been done, a number of photos showing before and after, an an itemised invoice. When I called William after my boiler broke, he quickly sent an engineer to have a look at my installation to give me a quote for the repair. As it was an old and a little strange installation, he came back himself to have a second look at it and gave me a detailed diagnostic of the problem, the works that needed to be carried, and a quote, patiently explaining to me all the details on the phone. As I was abroad when this happened, William really made communication easy with me, communicating via emails and phone calls as well as directly with my tenant. Therefore, it was easy to book the repair, even while not being in London myself. In order to make sure the works could be finished by the date he gave me (it was a two days job), he came two days before to install the scaffolding and prepare everything for the repair. William and his engineers explained well everything to my tenant and I, they were very courteous, on time, and left the apartment very clean after they finished the works. My new boiler works perfectly and it has been quite a relief to have these works running that smoothly as it was a little bit stressful to deal with a broken boiler from abroad. I chose Will I Am Plumbing and Heating Ltd based on the quality of the reviews I read on them online and I am very happy with the work they have done. I will keep using them from now on and would recommend them to everyone.

William was able to give me a very quick appointment the day after calling. Joe came to fit our new kitchen tap, he was extremely professional, courteous, clean and tidy- he took his shoes off before entering the house, cleaned everything up after the job was completed, helped with other general plumbing queries and went above and beyond applying a clip for our dishwasher that was missing. The best customer service I’ve ever had in relation to works in my flat. From first contact, to the job itself, to invoicing, everything was brilliant. I had a leaking bath waste fixed and an old basin waste replaced with a newer unit. Two issues in much need of fixing. Whilst checking the bath, they noticed it was draining very slowly, so they cleared a blockage. It was all fixed quickly with no fuss, plus all cleaned up afterwards. Excellent job.

Will I Am Plumbing installed a new boiler in our house back in 2016. We were taken back by the excellent advice and service and are totally happy with the Viessmann Vitodens 100-W that was recommended. Since installation Will I Am have undertaken annual services and replaced several radiators. On each occasion the service has been excellent. An easy, reliable, transparent plumbing service from the moment we requested an appointment. Will I Am is how a plumbing service should be. Sean and Aaron were friendly, courteous and professional. They quickly stopped the problem (burst pipe) by efficiently locating the water supply and then described in detail the work to remedy the problem and also stop it from happening again in the future. They were patient with our questions. As a bonus, they also inadvertently fixed our water pressure issue when Sean serviced the mains. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Thanks to the snow and an old house, my pipes froze, the bath was not draining and the pipe from the overflow in the bath broke. I have never had tradesman this good before (and i am 58).

William and his team were able to move a boiler with little bother, They also discovered and fixed two gas leaks whilst on site. 11/10 would recommend.

Had to repair the heating element of a HIU, which unfortunately broke down in one of the coldest weeks this Winter. Engineers were very timely and professional, making thorough checks on the plumbing side, as well as answering any questions I had. Initial diagnosis determined a fault of electrical nature, therefore had to additionally request the services of an electrician. Despite it not being a quick fix, they even helped me source an electrician!! The final step was to supply and fit a new part, for which I went back to Will-i-am (as plumbing element). William went out of his way to get all this work done on the same day (post-electrician visit), helping minimise disruptions, as well as time without heating.Very clear about pricing and invoicing. I felt well informed every step of the way. Their engineers have experience with servicing & repairing HIU's, which is still tricky to find in London. I was recommended this company via a neighbour and would happily recommend to others.

I would highly recommend Will I Am Plumbing - we had a leak in our water tank's expansion vessel, which needed to be removed and replaced ASAP. Will was able to come over and carry out the work the same day as the issue was reported, and the work was carried out to a very high standard.

Prior to booking all email communication was handled promptly and in depth. Will was booked in for 11am - 1pm slot. He called before hand to see if it was okay to come earlier which was perfect for me. He completed his work efficiently and took time to explain the outcome of his diagnostics and all my options and possible consequences. Very courteous and explained everything in a easy to understand way. Within half an hour of him departing he emailed a report of his findings. Very pleased with William and his crew. They were quick, polite and reliable. I knew I was in safe hands and they took safety seriously which is important with gas. They also notified me along the way of any issues -e.g. the height of the new cooker would have been lower than that of the original cooker, so they fashioned a work-around for me.
