The knuckle (joint between toilet outlet and waste pipe) was corroding and had started to leak. Despite an initial misunderstanding about what exactly was wrong, the plumbers just rethought how to go about the job and got on with it, having first warned me that the toilet might get damaged, and having made sure they could source a replacement. However, the faulty part was removed and a new connection made, without causing any damage. The plumbers were efficient, reassuring and friendly. 3 1/2 weeks on there has been no leak or any other problem.

Clear communication from William and team following servicing of old boiler and recommended replacement. Team performed a power flush of radiator system prior to boiler installation. The team installed the boiler with no issues and ensured pipework was installed in a neat and tidy way (much better than previous boiler installation). Boiler working perfectly with new thermostat installed, and William and team have shared full info about warranty/service reqs and guidance on boiler/thermostat use. Prompt and efficient follow up on deposit and invoice.

I cannot praise Will I Am Plumbing and Heating highly enough. In the last two weeks, we have used their services twice to fix plumbing leaks. The engineers came quickly, were very skilled and helpful, and fixed the problems without fuss, despite some challenges. Where one of the fitted valves wasn't quite right, two engineers came back to fix the problem without charge. Costs were very reasonable and exactly as agreed. Overall, this is an excellent organisation with highly skilled and professional engineers.

Used will i am for a blocked kitchen sink issue we had after being recommended them by a neighbour. They were great at responding on the chat and booking us a next day appointment. The plumber who visited was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with no extra charges. We needed our sink waste disposal unit removed and had received some very high quotes. Because we are only here for a few days each month I thought it would be difficult getting a convenient time but William was able to fit us in within a few days of the first contact. The communication from him was exceptional, outlining clearly what would be done coupled with a very reasonable price. The plumbers, Ryan and Tom, were very punctual, friendly and professional. Having done the work they ensured that the kitchen was left clean and tidy. Within hours William had sent us photos of the work before and after should there be a need to get back to him. Excellent service yesterday from Jake and Cameron. I needed a replacement replacement Waste Disposal unit, Jake and Cameron from Will.I.am arrived on time and replaced the unit. Very clean tidy workers and very thorough testing before they left. I always use will.I.am plumbing services and would not hesitate to recommend this company for any plumbing job.

Very efficient prompt and tidy work. The speed of response was fantastic and quality of work excellent. I have used before for gas work and now for plumbing and very fast helpful service on both occasions.

I've had many plumbers come to my flat to do plumbing work and Will I Am has been by far the best one. The appointment was booked quickly, they arrived on time, quickly identified my water pressure problem and managed to fix it within an hour. I was very impressed as plumbers are normally very difficult to reach and often postpone your appointment. If I ever need a plumber again I'll definitely be calling William.

I have used will i am Plumbing & Heating a few times for substantial repair works through to boiler servicing, and would highly recommend. It has always been easy to arrange appointments and William is quickly responsive to queries and making bookings. The team who have attended the jobs have always been excellent, arriving punctually, fully equipped with everything needed for the works there and then, working courteously and considerately with minimal mess and leaving the areas tidy. They have also always explained clearly what they are going to do and what they have done and why at the start and end of the job. Reports after the job are comprehensive with detailed photographs of the work done as a record. Really do recommend highly!

I have a problem with heating and William told me how to solve it, and got heating again in a few minutes

We needed a plumber in a hurry when our kitchen tap gave up the ghost. Our hearts sank. William replied to my enquiry within a few hours and provided me with a good price. He ordered the replacement tap and we were given a slot within a few days. The team he sent were excellent; prompt, courteous and efficient. What a relief to find such excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again.

I had a leaking bathtub. They came and replaced the problem section of that day. Friendly, clear, and lovely to deal with. Great price too! I will only use them from now on.

I had a combi boiler installed (replacing a system boiler) and radiators replaced throughout the house with smart valves attached. I was impressed by the way the company really listened to what I wanted and was responsive to my requests. The installation was done in a very professional manner and I am so pleased with the new system.

I was recommended this business from an electrician. The issue was my boiler and heating elements were fried. Having spoken to another heating engineer over the phone and the diagnosis was probably it was a heating engineer’s job over an electricians job, I reach out to Will I am and explained what was passed onto me. With this he quoted me for the parts plus labour, and the quote for the work was a lot cheaper than the other firm. Unfortunately the issue was just before the weekend, but the engineer, Joe, arrived on time and completed draining the 210 litre tank, changed two elements and changed the timer (which was also fried) within 2 hrs. Although I wasn’t present whilst Joe was working I reached out to him after and he was very responsive and willing to educate me further on the electrics around the boiler. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our washing machine would not work because suddenly hardly any water was coming through the pipe supplying it, plus what we thought was our mains stopcock under the kitchen sink had seized up. I sent on on-line query to William and within one and a quarter hours had a reply to say he could book the job in that day. Joe arrived on-site within the hour and quickly ascertained that it was the stopcock for the supply to the washing machine that had seized and was blocked. So Joe replaced that one with a lever type valve for easier usage and showed us where the mains stopcock was, which was working fine. Joe was a pleasant, energetic young man who made sure everything was working correctly and wrapped the job up within an hour, so our issue was resolved in only three hours from the initial query to William. Needless to say, we were very happy with the service from William and his team and to have the washing machine back working so quickly.

This was as easy as you want it to be in this day and age! Quickly quoted and booked. Emailed five folk from Trusted Trader, and Will I Am have quoted, booked, completed and been paid all before the rest have even responded. Good communications, and Tom arrived bang on time. Considerate when doing the work (floors just been sanded, and care was taken around that). Plus the work was completed quickly. Frankly, it was flawless.

William and team are so efficient and trustworthy - I have called them for help a few times and they have never let me down. I am happy to recommend them.

I used Which? Trusted Traders to find a plumber to investigate a variety of plumbing issues and chose Will I Am because of the good reviews. They are an extremely efficient company with a very smooth and effective booking and quoting system. William, who holds the reins, communicates very well, and very promptly, and his team arrive on time. The first visit was to assess the situation and propose solutions and that was followed up with a brief written report with photographs plus a clearly set out quote. While the work took a 1.5 days, rather than the 1 day which was quoted for, there was no additional charge. They also returned on another day to replace the bidet tap, which they had fitted in error, as it was for a high rather than a low pressure system - again there was no additional charge. They also stress that their work is guaranteed for a year, which is great to know. Many thanks to Paul, Jake and William for their patience and good humour. They are a very friendly team and I am happy to recommend them. If we have any plumbing problems in future Will I Am will be my first port of call.
