We are a friendly family run local business providing Gas, Plumbing and Heating services in the Hampshire and Dorset Area.

Our aim has always been to deliver the highest level of care, consideration and service to our customers.

All of our engineers regularly attend training courses and have a combined experience of over 70 years in Bathrooms, Boilers, Under Floor Heating, Installations, Servicing and Repairs.

We are Worcester Accredited Installers and can offer you advice on troublesome boilers, heating systems, servicing, repairs, certification or installations.

We are GasSafe registered and Fully Insured.

I have used this firm twice. Once for a fully detached lavatory pan and recently for a boiler service. The first was an emergency and was dealt with efficiently. While there was no schedule/budget, the price was reasonable and the pan solidly secured. the boiler service was at the price quoted, I was talked through the basic controls etc. I encountered a problem as soon as the engineer left. Rang up the firm who explained what my first step should be. When that failed, someone came straight out to track down the problem - it was that my LPG gas ran out just as the original engineer's checks were made. I know how to get the gas going again when more is delivered. Excellent service

We chose Will Stone to completely re-do our two bathrooms and we were not disappointed. We were very happy with the communication from Dawn and the office team before, during and after the two jobs. We were really happy with the end result and are enjoying both our new bathrooms now. Jack, who managed the work was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and experienced. He handled any requests or concerns promptly and kept in touch all the time. He turned up to work on time each day and left the bathrooms tidy at the end of each day. Alex also worked on the job and was also very friendly, experienced and reliable. They were both a pleasure to have around. We have know Will Stone for a few years now and he has a brilliant team of people. Will himself also goes above and beyond for his customers. We’re so lucky to have such a great company based locally. We can highly recommend Will Stone and his team.

We went for Will Stone based on the review feedback. The initial advice we received, as we looked to move old radiators and install new ones, was okay but we did feel we were being pushed towards their suppliers who had a more limited choice. When we finally made up our minds what we were doing the first tranche of work was carried out quickly and professionally although it was clear that communication between the office and the tradesman who carried out the work was poor as he was told the wrong information about the work and when he arrived he found he had more to do than he was told and had to work much longer than intended, past his normal end of working day. He was however excellent. This was when things started to go wrong. The revised quote we received contained no detail and I had asked for a breakdown of labour and material costs as it seemed too high. I asked for this information 3 times and was told that a member of staff was working on it and would get back to us. No-one ever did and so we were left with a half completed job and no comms from the company. After 3 weeks we decided to go elsewhere. The quote they gave us turned out to be excessive hence, I strongly suspect, the reason they avoided giving a detailed breakdown of labour and materials despite me saying that if an error had been made I was perfectly fine with them revising the figures. Overall, the lack of transparency regarding their charges and the very poor communication latterly made us lose trust.

Will Stone's first job for me was in 2014; new boiler, tanks and radiators and various improvements generally. It was a job well done and good value. He has recently attended an urgent problem that also required investigation. The job was swiftly accomplished with minimal disruption.

We were so pleased to have been recommended Will Stone plumbing. After a couple of visits from 'not so good' plumbers, Will Stone sorted a problem out with our noisy hot water pipes that had been caused by previous plumbers incompetence. Brilliant, reliable service. A big mention for Alex who had a very knowledgeable head on him.

Will and his team (office) were punctual, efficient, fair and we would highly recommend them. Our initial contact with Will was to obtain a quote for a new boiler and radiators. He asked to look at the existing system and suggested that this needed to be flushed before quoting for new system. Alex arrived on time with a smile and worked all day!! We were so delighted, as he was successful in getting our existing system working with radiators that have never been so hot . We were very thankful to them as they saved as a lot of money and inconvenience. They continue to communicate with excellent after care service. They are a model company.

As a small hotel in the New Forest, we rely on urgent responses from local tradespeople when there are problems in our guest rooms - or anywhere in the hotel which could impact on our business. We have had to call on Will Stone several times before, but this summer, since we reopened after lockdown, we called in Will Stone twice and have been very impressed with their excellent customer service and response time on both occasions. Their invoice is also good value for money, for which we are very grateful at this difficult time! Highly recommended.

Boiler break down over a weekend to start with so no heating or hot water. Our answerphone message was returned very quickly and Will had us up and running with replacement parts all in good time. Further replacement parts had to be ordered. Returned as planned 48 hours later, fitted parts and requested our feedback to ensure all working well. Even after two updates on good working order from us, Will still asked to be kept further updated. Excellent service and attention by this company, including telephone updates from Dawn in the office to tell me Will was being delayed at his preceding job but still with an ETA for us to work to. What more could you ask for. Good communication is rare these days it seems but not with Will Stones company who I highly recommend. Altogether a very efficient team and I will most certainly use them again.

We had several quotes for the work and Will's company was the best. The work was carried out by Alex who was who was clean and tidy and kept going by the odd cup of tea and biscuit . The work was carried on time and on budget . What more can you ask for.

I enquired about a boiler service, out of office hours & got a very speedy answer. Called & got booked in at a time convenient to me & my young family. Lee arrived on time & was friendly, informative & respectful of my home. Andy (electrician) had to be called in to check over a fault that conveniently started the day before the service, he came late one evening on his way home & located the problem. Another lovely guy came, speedily fixing the valve. After a couple of days it all starting playing up leaving us with No boiler at all. Again sent a message out of hours & was booked in first thing! Thank you so so very much, wonderful team :-)
