This is the second time we've used Windsor Roofing to sort out a dodgy roof installed by a builder several years ago. This time the valley needed correcting because it was causing a leak inside the house. They worked as a team of three, arriving on time and leaving everything tidy - they even cleaned our roof lights! Communication with the office was great too. We were provided before and after pictures and did a very tidy job. I will always recommend this company.

We have been looking for a solution to a leak appearing to run down one of the windows in a downstairs study. We were assured several times that the cause of the leak was a roofing problem rather than an issue with the window seal itself. Luke attended the property a few weeks ago and diagnosed the issue. We then received a quotation for the work to be carried out. Matthew and Bradley attended our property today and carried out the work required to our satisfaction. They identified, sourced and replaced 5 cracked tiles. They also replaced the rotten battens and felt underneath to further resolved the leak issue we were experiencing. We were very satisfied with the whole process from first contact through to the completed work.

As an older Church the roof has developed Moss all over. The gutters needed cleaning. The team did a good job and we can now see the former colours of the tiles.

Luke and his team installed a Velux window on my garage roof. The service was excellent from start to end: they came around to look at the garage and advise about the service, gave me a competitive quote, answered questions promptly, and managed to come around to install the window earlier than expected. On the installation day, Luke convinced me not install the dry ridge system I had also ordered when he could have easily done the job and collected the extra payment (it would not have improved ventilation as I had imagined). Luke had been recommended by another trader, so I trusted him implicitly, but he and his team exceeded all expectations. I have no problem recommending them for roofing services and will certainly go back to them in the future.

We had our entire roof replaced. Excellent job, tiles were well matched with previous tiles, lovely finish. Replaced facials, soffits and guttering as was old and worn (60 plus years old). Very professional team, cleared up the mess and were happy to answer any questions. Nice chaps. Great result, neighbours were impressed and roof looks superb. Heavy rainstorms two weeks after completion tested it out. Would recommend either clearing out the loft, or covering it over as it’s a very messy job if it’s windy!

Having called around for many quotes, Windsor Roofing Specialists were quick to make an assessment of the problem and came in with a competitive price and a breakdown of the work involved. They also undertook the work in good time which I was important to me. Luke was transparent with the work undertaken and sent me before and after shots to show the repairs on the roof. We've just had our flat roof replaced by Windsor Roofing and we are exceptionally happy with the entire experience. From initial meeting for the quote to the very end of the work we were very, very, pleasantly surprised by every single person associated with the company. The guys working on the roof put in two, full, long days to complete the work and although I'm no expert - the workmanship looks very good. They were also super helpful and ridiculously tidy!
