To remove existing flat roof covering. To replace rotting boarding and fit hard edge border. To install with Sarnavap 5000 E SA and cover with 120mmSarnatherm insulation. To cover with Sika Sarnafil. To replace fascia and soffit using 9mm capping board. Install new half round guttering. Supply 20year Sika guarantee. I invited a survey and was very pleased to have explained to me the various material choices and installation methods. Having accepted a very competitive quote the rest of the process went on schedule with such friendly people on time. Finally, three weeks after completion the materials supplier surveyed the work and shortly after a postal delivery arrived with the 20 year guarantee. I have never been more pleased with work on my property than that provided for my flat roof.
