I decided it was about time to replace my Vaillant central heating boiler after 17 years of good service and was looking to replace like for like. I found Wirral Plumbers on Vaillant’s list of approved local installers and requested a quotation for the supply and installation of my selected new boiler. I received a competitive price back by return email from Wirral Plumbers together with an offer to inspect the job onsite and in order to meet Mike Williams, the company owner to discuss my requirements. Mike was obviously a genuine guy with no pushy salesmanship and an obvious high level of technical knowledge. The job was completed all as scheduled, together with immediate guarantee registration, all in a highly efficient, clean and professional manner with respect to our home and decorations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mike and his company to anyone seeking resolution of any plumbing or heating problems.

Had a quote off a few different plumbers, Mike was the cheapest and can honestly say I'm so glad I went with him. Very professional, the installation wasn't the most straightforward (through no fault of Mikes) but he returned a number of times until it was all sorted. Really pleased with the job and will definitely use again.
