After my home renovation, I have returned the Woodside Security System for my new security alarm and CCTV system. Their service was very efficient throughout the process, as I expected. The installation started very smoothly from the morning to the end of the day. They worked very hard with a professional manner and tidy job by Robert and Dan. Also, Dan kindly explained to me how to download the App and he set the system with my preference to easy to use. The new wireless system is amazing!!! I feel safe and comfortable spending my time in my house. I strongly recommend their services to everyone who needs to install a security system.

We have been Woodside customers for years. They are always helpful, polite and reliable. We have had a few issues which they've tried to resolve but we still had some issues. Today was our annual service. Not only did Dan, the engineer, do the annual service. He mentioned an issue I've discussed in the past and got creative to find a solution which has worked. He also resolved an app issue. Very impressed with them.

We've been using Woodside Security Systems for our alarm's annual maintenance since we moved in four years ago. They also replaced a panel when it went wrong a year or two ago. They are always incredibly professional, polite and punctual. I've had to contact them a few times with questions and they reply very promptly. It's not often we recommend companies to friends and family without caveats but in the case of Woodside Security Systems, we're very happy to.

My new security system was installed yesterday by Woodside Security Systems Ltd. From my first phone enquiry through the completion of the work I've been treated with great courtesy and care. I'm an elderly person and I needed a lot of clear explanation and patience from all the staff. I'm happy to say they've done a great job for me. Daniel installed the system so patiently and efficiently, and liaised with my family by phone to discuss the installation. I was able to specify just the right amount of technology for my needs, and that's important. My neighbours recommended Woodside Security, and I'm happy to join the many satisfied customers on my street.

The owner of our previous alarm service company retired and sold all his customers to a trader who turned out to be utterly useless (not enough engineers, appointments missed, work not done, no communication, etc, etc), so we asked Woodside to take over the system, which they did efficiently, quickly, with excellent communication. We're very impressed, and many thanks to Viviana at Woodside for all her work.

My old alarm gave a noisy beeping when it needed a battery backup replacement.The noise could not be turned off and the panel was on the wall of a neighbours bedroom. The installer of the system was not interested in fixing it so I got Woodside to replace the battery despite the fact that it was a make of alarm that they did not support. They could not restart the alarm as they didn’t have the installer codes. All good, problem solved. An hour or so after ther installer left I got a phone call from Woodside suggesting they may be able to restart the alarm. The technician (Daniel) returned and got everything going. Service well beyond my expectations. I have since got Woodside to replace the obsolete system and will be using them in future.

My old alarm company pulled out of the domestic market, so I asked Woodside Security to install a new alarm system, but reusing as much of the old installation as possible in order to minimise costs. They were very helpful and supportive in designing a system that met my needs. Really helpful journey from first contact to inspection, quote, and installation. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Many thanks to Dan who installed our full alarm system. He arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, reconfirmed discussed sensor points then just cracked on with it. On completion, he talked us through setting up the app and explained how panels work, then we tested it, then re-tested it just to make sure we understood. He was very patient with our lack of technical knowledge and made sure we totally understood it all before he left. So far I have been so impressed with Woodside Security from the off. David, who carried out the survey and the installation has been really lovely to deal with, as have Wendy and Rita in the office. I was really impressed with the efficiency, thoroughness in the details, from start to finish as well as the great value for money! (They have knocked the socks off their competition!) I feel like I am in safe hands and though I hope to never have to experience a break-in, I look forward to feeling safe through the protection of Woodside Security!

We were recommended to Woodside as our intercom had broken and needed to be replaced. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We made an appointment and the engineer turned up exactly on time. As a busy dental practice we needed the installation to be as quick as possible and we only had to wait a week. The engineers were efficient, polite and professional. It was not an easy job and despite the challenges and problems they just got on with it without complaining. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Liam came round to change our batteries and he checked that our alarm system was working well. He checked our door contacts and he was very helpful and efficient. He was also very helpful when we asked him questions about some of the other products which Woodside produce.

We decided to use this local company for our security alarm and CCTV as they seemed the most professional. David came to provide the initial survey and it was good to see him again, with his colleague Giordano, for the installation. Both of them were efficient, professional and polite. The office staff, particularly Wendy, were also very professional and were able to answer our queries. We are in the early stages of dealing with the company, but have been thoroughly impressed so far. The only suggested improvement would be an explanation of the abbreviations on the quotation. We would certainly recommend them to our friends.

Woodside are a local family firm who installed our burglar alarm and have maintained it now for four years. Their admin staff and engineers are unfailingly efficient, friendly and helpful. This week we had a fault with our system. After ringing up this morning, the engineer was around the same afternoon and fixed the problem. He also rang up first to talk me through some options in case the cost of a visit could be avoided. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone in their area.

I had engineer Liam come and service my alarm today. He was brilliant - on time, really kind and polite, and very patient with all my questions. The team at the office including Rita, Wendy and Viviana have always been amazingly helpful and professional. Really love this company and always recommend it to friends and family!

We have been customers of Woodside Security Systems for many years and at this year's annual service for alarm and CCTV, we decided to upgrade our alarm system to be able to access it remotely. Last week they came to install the new board and do our service. All went well but there were internet delays to the new alarm board. After a while trying to get it to work properly, it still did not work properly with long delays in the system logging in. They asked to come back so they could check with their supplier. They came back Tuesday with a raft of issues to check and to change the WiFi feed to a cable from the remote. They tried everything possible and after talking to the supplier again, it was decided that the board was at fault. They came back on Wednesday with a brand new board and everything went perfectly. It shows how dedicated Woodside are and I think their operation and service were of the highest order, nothing was too much for them to make the service run properly. I fully recommend this company and will continue to use their services.

Our entry phone did not ring. I thought we would need a new door plate but Woodside said a new button was all that was needed. They fixed it neatly with minimum fuss.

Daniel did a great job of installing a new alarm system throughout our house. He was very knowledgeable and discussed the details with us throughout the installation to ensure we were happy with the placement of everything. He gave us a clear demonstration of how to use the system and was very helpful and friendly when answering any questions that we had. Great work by Daniel from Woodside security system. The work was done by a professional who turned up on time and was polite. He checked the electrical was all good before removing the old system and installing the new one. Even though there were some problems he was very calm and got the job done to a high standard.
