Impressed with the service provided by Woodside Security Systems from Stefan who carried out the initial survey, to Wendy and Rita in the office and Dan, the engineer who carried out the alarm installation. Dan arrived promptly, was friendly and polite and worked efficiently and tidily to do a great job. There were a few unforeseen complications to do with my current system but Dan was able to resolve them quickly and without trouble. After the installation, he explained the settings and helped me set up the app. I have no hesitation in recommending Woodside Security Systems!

Last year my household insurer required that I install an intruder alarm system, and having researched online I contacted Woodside Security Systems for advice. They were responsive and very helpful in setting out the options, and extremely efficient, neat and pleasant in installing the system I chose (installer's name Daniel). The system has worked without a hitch since installation last year, and no aftercare has been needed other than the annual service which my insurer requires. I would thoroughly recommend Woodside Security Systems.

After my home renovation, I have returned the Woodside Security System for my new security alarm and CCTV system. Their service was very efficient throughout the process, as I expected. The installation started very smoothly from the morning to the end of the day. They worked very hard with a professional manner and tidy job by Robert and Dan. Also, Dan kindly explained to me how to download the App and he set the system with my preference to easy to use. The new wireless system is amazing!!! I feel safe and comfortable spending my time in my house. I strongly recommend their services to everyone who needs to install a security system.

We have been Woodside customers for years. They are always helpful, polite and reliable. We have had a few issues which they've tried to resolve but we still had some issues. Today was our annual service. Not only did Dan, the engineer, do the annual service. He mentioned an issue I've discussed in the past and got creative to find a solution which has worked. He also resolved an app issue. Very impressed with them.

We've been using Woodside Security Systems for our alarm's annual maintenance since we moved in four years ago. They also replaced a panel when it went wrong a year or two ago. They are always incredibly professional, polite and punctual. I've had to contact them a few times with questions and they reply very promptly. It's not often we recommend companies to friends and family without caveats but in the case of Woodside Security Systems, we're very happy to.

My new security system was installed yesterday by Woodside Security Systems Ltd. From my first phone enquiry through the completion of the work I've been treated with great courtesy and care. I'm an elderly person and I needed a lot of clear explanation and patience from all the staff. I'm happy to say they've done a great job for me. Daniel installed the system so patiently and efficiently, and liaised with my family by phone to discuss the installation. I was able to specify just the right amount of technology for my needs, and that's important. My neighbours recommended Woodside Security, and I'm happy to join the many satisfied customers on my street.

The owner of our previous alarm service company retired and sold all his customers to a trader who turned out to be utterly useless (not enough engineers, appointments missed, work not done, no communication, etc, etc), so we asked Woodside to take over the system, which they did efficiently, quickly, with excellent communication. We're very impressed, and many thanks to Viviana at Woodside for all her work.

My old alarm gave a noisy beeping when it needed a battery backup replacement.The noise could not be turned off and the panel was on the wall of a neighbours bedroom. The installer of the system was not interested in fixing it so I got Woodside to replace the battery despite the fact that it was a make of alarm that they did not support. They could not restart the alarm as they didn’t have the installer codes. All good, problem solved. An hour or so after ther installer left I got a phone call from Woodside suggesting they may be able to restart the alarm. The technician (Daniel) returned and got everything going. Service well beyond my expectations. I have since got Woodside to replace the obsolete system and will be using them in future.
