I was out of town on business when I realised my boiler need to be serviced that week or the warranty would be invalidated I had back-to-back meetings, my wife’s work was hectic too so she couldn’t deal with it either. We needed someone who could sort it out pronto, which is why I’m glad I called Wright Gas. They responded to my message promptly, booked us in for the next day, they showed up on time, dealt with it with no fuss and for a decent price. A friendly, efficient, affordable and reliable service, he is now my go-to ‘boiler guy’ and I would recommend.

Delighted with the service I received from Wright Gas. Despite being a customer and having had a service contract with Scottish Gas for over 30 years they left us high and dry with no heating or hot water. Contacted Wright Gas and Jamie arranged to come out the next day which was a Saturday to look at our old boiler. We had a quote by the Monday which we were happy with. Jamie booked us for installation the next week. He turned up when he said he would and carried out the work he quoted us for. First class service and couldn't be happier. Jamie was polite and respectful of our property by covering all carpets to avoid any mess and cleared everything up when he was finished. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional approach from Jamie to all aspects of the process. Initial site visit was thorough and allayed any concerns we had about the location of the existing boiler and it’s suitability for a straightforward replacement. Following an explanation of the various options available, we were given three quotes to review (zero sales patter, which is refreshing). These covered a range of budgets, boiler brands and warranty specs. Extremely happy with the end result which was completed in good time with no corners cut and no mess left behind ! WrightGas will get our custom again for sure.

Jamie was recommended and what a fantastic recommendation Wright Gas turned out to be. From our initial telephone contact with Jamie all the way to the completion of the new boiler installation, and the commissioning of our central heating system, every stage of the process was very professional. His standard and quality of workmanship is first class, with every single detail we requested installed and positioned exactly as we agreed with Jamie before the works started. Jamie also made some smart suggestions which he carefully explained in detail and answered all our questions. We are very grateful for his technical expertise and the knowledge he shared with us, all good stuff. Jamie specified the new boiler and clearly explained why he was suggesting a spec that would have the capacity to me all our specific needs for our heating and hot water requirements. We had previously shopped around for prices and Jamies price was competitive and when the job was completed, we feel we got a great bargain. We are planning to have Wright Gas back again to carry out some plumbing works on the next phase of our renovation, you can't really get anything better than that as a recommendation, we certainly made the right decision contracting Wright Gas. Needed to install a new range cooker and prefer to use local tradespeople where possible. Previously used a friend for gas fitting but he has retired and had to seek a new resource. Fortunately found Jamie, and his recommendations, on Which. Once contacted, he was quick to come around the same evening to assess the work. More than happy with the quote and he was around the following week to complete the installation. All completed in a timely and tidy manner. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Wright Gas most certainly justified their inclusion on the Trusted Traders listing. Jamie took time to outline our options, offered advice on what we did and did not need, whilst explaining step by step the work to be carried out. Richard showed an appetite for the job that could not fail to impress. He kept me informed every step of the way and any obstacles the property threw at him, he overcame professionally and without fuss. *(Apologies for the lack of coffee, Richard) The work was completed in the allotted time, every carpet, tile and floorboard was put back in place and the old heating system was taken away. Jamie came and fitted a new tap at the side off my house , and took away my old tap at the front of house , he done a great job , I’m a very happy customer, he is a lovely guy and I wouldn’t hesitate in getting Jamie again
