Needed to have plumbing under kitchen sink sorted as it leaked and was a mess. Mark completely replaced the plumbing under our sink. It is now tidy and does not leak, and we have a lot more room in the cupboard under the sink. The work was carried out efficiently and the kitchen was left tidy afterwards and all the rubbish was removed. Highly recommend Mark.

My elderly father wanted a walk-in shower fitted in place of the existing bath. He found Yellow Rose Properties through Which? and booked Mark to do the work. I live away but spoke to Mark before the work went ahead and trusted him to organise things for Dad. Dad is a mechanical engineer and phoned me regularly to tell me how impressed he was with Mark's workmanship and attention to detail. He was very pleased with the finished result. Any disruption to dad's life was kept to a minimum and the bathroom was left tidy and functional at all times. I arrived after everything was done and was really impressed! Great work and a happy dad. If Mark lived nearer to me, I would happily get him to refit our bathroom too! I have recommended him though to friends that do live locally.

Mark completely replaced our old bathroom including the floor and ceiling including spot lights. He said once he quoted a price it was binding no matter what problems he might come across. True to his word when he discovered rotted floor boards and joists under the bath he replaced them without any cost to us. He is a real perfectionist and takes pride in he's work. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and he is now going to fit a new ceiling with spotlights in our Kitchen and replace our skirting boards in the hallway. He is a pleasure to have about the house, unassuming, polite and reliable. And it was well within our budget. A real gem. Christine

Mark has done quite a lot of varied work for us, from installing tricky chandeliers, mending my boiler to replacing the tap on my leaky sink. Always friendly and does a great job. Definitely recommend.

I had my bathroom overhauled by Mark. Everything came out, (including a bit of wall and floor). I originally had a very dated, leaky bathroom, and I now have a bright, shiny new room. It looks so lovely, I couldn't even have imagined. Mark overcame any problem that came up while doing the work. Very conscientious and tidy. Takes a pride in his work.
