Michael did a fantastic job fixing the pressure issue with our boiler. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the necessary parts efficiently. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything clearly and giving us some great advice on future repairs and improvements to our heating system. The service was great value for money, and we’ve already recommended him to friends. We would definitely use Michael again.

Michael installed a new Vaillant boiler for me in November. He is extremely professional and explained all aspects of the work. He is so knowledgeable in all aspects of his work. He was respectful of my home and took great care in every way to minimise any mess or inconvenience. He is a very pleasant guy and easy to chat to but most importantly he is passionate about his standard of work. It showed in all he did. Everything was to my satisfaction. I received all the relevant paperwork and Michael went through everything with me and explained how the system worked and how to get the best out of it. All in all a great job done. I would certainly recommend him and would use him again knowing I was going to get a job done properly which is a rare thing these days in my past experience.

Michael has serviced our Worcester Bosch combi boiler for several years. More recently, he dealt with a leak from it. We have always found him thorough and reliable. It is clear from his explanations that he is very well informed about the evolving technology, and he is pleasant and professional. Not in a position to give an informed opinion about “value”, I have absolute confidence in Michael’s competence and integrity.

Excellent service from Michael @ Your Plumbing. From initial survey and quotation it was apparent that he is looking out for the customer. Each suggestion based on provided best short and long term value to the consumer. Installation was superb with the time taken to take real pride in the work rather than just throwing it on the wall. Clear and concise handover running through the controls and the vSmart product. Very comforting to know he is a phone call away for any issues and the 10 year warranty gives peace of mind. Would recommended and will continue to use for any plumbing requirements in the future.

Michael is our regular plumber and attended to the Vaillant annual boiler service. As always he carried out everything methodically with complete attention to detail to ensure that the servicing was undertaken fully in accordance with Vaillant's procedures. Work included:- - Full strip and clean of primary heat exchanger - changing of water pressure sensor (under warranty) - Primary heat cell G10 seal changed. - change of Condensate+ cartridge. - He also checked out our unvented hot water cylinder where the cylinder expansion vessels needed draining and recharging. Michael is very professional and always leaves the workplace clean and tidy and me the customer satisfied that he has carried out everything very competently.

Michael replaced my 15 year old boiler flushed the system and checked that the system was in good order. Michael is very knowledgeable and explained the process and technicalities in a way I could understand It took some time to get the job booked in after intial assessment but covid had created a backlog . His costs were also very reasonable and he gave me clear itemised quotes Michael was punctual.hardworking and was very tidy I felt very concomfortable talking to him. He runs an honest and trustworthy business. He will be returning next year to tackle phase 2 updating radiators . I highly recommend his work.

Michael fitted a new boiler for us this week. He has upgraded our old boiler which a more efficient one with a very fancy control panel which we love. The first thing I must say about Michael is he is very neat and tidy and respectful whilst working in your home (so many trades people aren't). His work cannot be faulted and the pride he takes in even the smallest detail is commendable. 100% would enthusiastically recommend to everyone and anyone! My boiler died recently and I got a few people in to quote and advise. By a country mile, YourPlumbing were the most efficient, knowledgeable and professional outfit. The quote they provided was comparable to the other two, but the attention to detail and professionalism was head and shoulders above. Michael clearly knows his stuff, is extremely proud of his workmanship and it shows! He was happy to explain everything, always providing a choice allowing me to make informed decisions but also making some recommendations where I wasn't sure. He turned up on time, kept his work area clean and organised, so much so that we were able to carry on normal life around him, which with two kids and a dog is saying something! At one point he even highlighted a part of the job he quoted for, which he had discovered was no longer, and reduced his quote on the basis it wouldn't take him as long. When was the last time you heard of that?! I wouldn't have been any the wiser if he hadn't told me. A boiler install is a big and infrequent investment and I imagine most people are like me in that they know very little about the subject. What you hope is that whoever you get knows what they are doing, charges you a reasonable price and does a good job. His estimate was very thorough and comprehensive including two costed alternatives. He is extremely professional and his workmanship is excellent. Having utilised Michael's services at our home address for several years with complete satisfaction I am now employing his services for gas safety checks and plumbing repairs at a residential tenancy which I manage. Michael is always technically proficient, gives detailed feedback to ensure that the most appropriate solution to a problem is achieved at good value. On this occasion he promptly attended to replace an electric shower unit that had failed. The tenant was very pleased with his work as was I.

This is not the first time I have used Michael as he installed a new boiler for me. He is totally professional and trustworthy, works really hard and without a doubt knows what he is doing. I called him in an emergency as I had a leak in the bathroom which we discovered had just about ruined the floor (I have a flat below me !!!) He had to replace the cistern, the pipework (which was a botched job by a rogue builder I had) and a lot of the flooring. He also replaced my tiled floor. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael. As I live alone it is such a relief knowing I can call on someone who I can trust to do a professional job and is a pleasure to have around.

Michael did several jobs for me over March/April and at a particularly difficult time at the height of the Covid 19 crisis. He responded immediately to one urgent callout and for another problem gave good advice over the telephone to allow me to fix the problem myself. He paid good attention to social distancing requirements and changed some taps for me promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

We noticed a leak from our floor standing combi boiler, which as it was in the upstairs en-suite, and kept losing pressure and causing significant water pooling on floor. We had been recommended Your Plumbing who attended promptly, identified the issue quickly and repaired the part. Michael came to service our boiler (which he fitted 4 years ago), and carried out the work with his usual care and efficiency. While at my house he also fixed a toilet cistern overflow, which I'd attempted to fix myself, without success. It took him about 5 minutes -and he didn't charge for it! His prices are always extremely reasonable anyway, but he's always very helpful.

Your Plumbing fitted a new Vaillant boiler for me Because I live in the roof void on the fourth floor of flats this was not the easiest of jobs especially fitting the new Flue as a cherry picker was required among other things. Michael was a pleasure to have in the flat and he explained everything he was doing and why (I learned a great deal about pipes/plumbing), he was hard working and thoroughly professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He quoted for this job and stuck to that which I was very impressed with as placing the new flue was really difficult.
