When my central heating system packed up Michael Dawes was prompt, friendly, and efficient in his response. What particularly impressed me was the methodical way he approached the problem, working through the system until the faults were identified and rectified. Clearly he was a master of his trade and knew what he was doing. I was most impressed, and would recommend him to anyone.

There was a problem with the water pressure in the house, there was a squealing sound which he fixed. Also a tap in the back garden which was not working too which he sorted.

Michael has fitted the plumbing for a new kitchen, serviced the boiler, freed up stiff taps and repaired the flushing mechanism on a toilet. All jobs have been completed competently, on time and to budget.
