Extremely impressed with Your Plumber from the survey to the finished job. Drew the installer for my new boiler was excellent. He arrived on time and on the first day worked until gone 7pm because he wanted to get to a certain stage ready for the following day. He took great pride in his work and kept me informed of what he was doing. There was a large hole in the wall where the old boiler flue was and he made such an excellent job of the brickwork that now it has been painted you can’t tell where the hole was. What more can I say – just a brilliant and dedicated worker and so polite

My new boiler was installed and the old one removed promptly, efficiently and on budget. The plumber worked hard, ensuring all checks were carried out and the system functioned well and safely. He explained everything in language I could understand. I am very happy with the result.

Over charging and wasting time on the job

I saw the company online because I needed a plumber urgently and felt that they were reputable. However, my experience has been poor. The plumber that came just wasted time changing the waste hole and they ended up charging us for an hour and a half. The annoying thing is that the second job that was suppose to have been done was left undone. As a disabled person, I felt that they were taking advantage of my vulnerability and the fact that I couldn't stay with the plumber during the whole time. I just trusted that they will do the right thing. I am totally disappointed and I even called the office to explain and the lady that I spoke to had no empathy at all and said the plumber is right. I will not recommend them to any person.

Your Plumber quoted in advance for an annual boiler service and a replacement shower. The work was conducted on time as planned the following day and the quote was 100% accurate. The plumber worked none stop to complete his tasks and left the work area in a clean and tidy state.

We moved into our flat almost exactly one year ago and had a plumbing problem from day one. All of our hot taps ran incredibly slowly. The fall from the hot water cylinder to the basins was completely inadequate. We called in YourPlumber to quote for the installation of a pressurised hot water system. The survey and quotation was carried out promptly and the installation date was (re)arranged to suit us and our recovery from Covid. Drew, our plumber, was exemplary. He worked cheerfully over a long day to strip out the 50-year-old plumbing we had inherited and give us a fresh, new, clean replacement. Because he had had to disconnect and reconnect our washing machine in the course of his work he stayed to do a quick test rinse to ensure that everything was back where it should be and overall he left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived! Our only problem now is remembering that we don't need to leave hot taps running for five minutes to get hot water. We had got used to doing odd jobs while we waited! Since we moved to Bournemouth 11 years ago we had 'acquired' an electrician and a painter but up until now we haven't had a plumber, but now we have! Well done Drew and YourPlumber!
