We found both the plumbers who came to do this work courteous and considerate. They wore masks and foot protection throughout the work. The work was done rapidly and to our complete satisfaction. They arrived on time and cleaned up every bit of mess when finished, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Very neat and tidy workmanship. Took care in his work and took into consideration what access might need be needed in the event of future problems. The plumber took time to explain to me what pipes do what and how to care for my new water heater. I would highly recommend the service and workmanship provided.

Having already fitted a new boiler for us to replace shoddy work done by others, Your Plumbers returned to replace broken underfloor heating manifold thermostat and replace poor quality cylinder thermostats on hot water and buffer tanks. As always work done to high standard by courteous and efficient technicians. Great tradesmen supported by efficient and knowledgeable office staff. I wish I had found them when building our house!

The lady who booked my boiler service was friendly, polite and helpful. A boiler service was available within 48hrs of me ringing up. The plumber arrived within the advertised time frame and I was sent a text informing me that he was on his way. He was also very polite and wore shoe covers plus PPE. My boiler was serviced quickly and efficiently. No complaints at all about the service and I would definitely use this company again.

The engineer informed me what time to expect him, let me know when he was on the way, artived on time. Very courteous, wore face mask and overshoes. Carried out the work, answered questions and advised me of a small non conformity. Offered to give me a quote to remedy the situation. Printed out the boiler report on his printer and told me an invoice would be emailed. The quote arrived the same day as did the invoice. Exceptional service, well done. This is the first time I have used YourPlumber Ltd but will use them again.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Easy to contact and arrange an appointment. The plumbers were able to come the same day and were knowledgable, friendly and efficient. I found this company online and after seeing their reviews on Trustpilot and discovered they are very local to me and based in Charminster. Dan in the office talked me through different options and I chose which was best for our needs. Within 24hrs of speaking to 'YourPlumber.UK' I had my new boiler installed for a very good price! There was an option to increase the warranty to 10 years which I took and they included the first two services for free. Drew the engineer who fitted our Gloworm Boiler was extremely polite and was very careful with his surroundings and keeping everything clean and tidy. The installation has been carried out to a high standard and I will certainly be recommending this company to friends and family.

This is the second time that YourPlumber has helped me out when I was let down for a second time by British Gas. Absolutely fantastic customer service and nothing is too much trouble. I live 200 miles away from the property and initially I needed a plumber to urgently attend to a leak. Without hesitation they collected the keys from the property management company, identified the source of the leak, repaired it and left flat clean & tidy. Thank you so much. Second time I was let down by British Gas for the annual scheduled service. YourPlumber serviced the boiler without hesitation. It’s hard choosing a company to trust to do the work especially from a distance when you are unable to be at the property. I would absolutely recommend YourPlumber - thank you to Dan, Kathryn and the team.

I couldn’t get water out of my hot water tap, but nothing came out. So I called for a plumber from “your plumber” and the lady arrived the following day. She came earlier than I booked which I really appreciated and she was able to get the job done within a good amount of time. The plumber managed to get the job within a good frame of time and was very professional, careful and efficient. Keep the good work.

Your Plumber carried out a gas boiler replacement together with installing a new indirect unvented Joule cylinder which replaced the existing loft tank and hot water cylinder, two radiators were also replaced (a weeks work). They provided excellent service, on time, the team were hard working, clean, tidy and efficient. Communication was good and polite at all times. Very pleased with end result.

Work had to be rescheduled evening before but we were kept informed & company rang the next morning to check new time suited us. Plumber arrived early (as agreed he would if he could), was polite and worked efficiently leaving no mess. He did forget to put the soap tray on! - but that was our only complaint.

Can’t praise enough the professionalism and help of this company, in these times of uncertainty with Covid-19, I rang to inquire about changing all my valves on my radiators, renewing a radiator and servicing the boiler. Had no idea as to price but explained what I required, within a few hours I had an estimate and date when they were able to attend, I was more than happy with the price and agreed to all terms, surprised that no deposit was required which I found unusual in these present day. Today 5th August a young man by the name of Joe arrived on time at 9.00 am as quoted, he never stopped from the time he arrived in finishing the job 4.00 pm, he went without lunch, and when I did offer coffee he kept on working, what did impress me most was how clean and tidy he left everything, by the time he had finished you would not have known anything had been disturbed. thank you JOE. Certainly, I recommend the company to anybody who wants a reliable and honest plumbing company.

YourPlumber replaced my 34-year-old boiler, after extremely helpful discussions with Dan at Head Office and a site-visit. The fitter, Drew, arrived dead on-time and proved to be exemplary - polite, neat, conscientious, informative and impressively hard-working. The work was completed in a day at the agreed price, despite some problems with the aging radiators and valves - also 34 years old. I had no hesitation in accepting his advice and asking YourPlumber to undertake his recommendations to resolve any future difficulties. I would unreservedly recommend this trader.

I had a combo boiler service done on my Glo worm boiler. I also agreed to have the filter cleaned if it needed it and to check my radiators were working properly. When I booked I hadn’t realised that checking the radiators would cost me £39.50 with VAT. It is when I got the Invoice that it was listed separately to the bill. It was £32.92 then VAT had to go on top at £39.50. The plumber that checked the boiler went around the bungalow very quickly to check the radiators certainly NOT worth the amount I have paid. I also told the plumber some confidential information which has now appeared in black & white on the bill for all to see. I rang up the company on getting the bill to be faced with an aggressive mannered man. I was not happy with the bill but I have paid it in FULL. So be clear before you book how much you are going to be charged for their service. I feel I have overpaid for this service and will not be using them again.

Barbara booked a boiler service and asked if we could repair some faulty radiators during the same visit. We explained that a standard boiler service doesn’t cover repairing radiators, but we could extend the appointment to allow extra time to do it in the same visit. We explained that there would be an additional charge of £39.50 incl. VAT and Barbara confirmed that she was happy with this and asked us to confirm the booking. We've provided the call recording to Barbara to confirm this conversation. We also sent a booking confirmation by email which itemised the charges in writing before we attended. After servicing the boiler we repaired two faulty radiators that weren’t heating up, without needing to replace any parts, and checked over the whole system for the customer to ensure it all worked correctly. We are satisfied that we provided the service we quoted for. As a team we work very hard to provide the excellent service that has earned us such a good rating and so many five star reviews. We always welcome customer feedback so that we can continually improve our service.

Same day response to an emergency call out, made sure that the area was made safe and then quote given for remedial work. Engineer schedules were rearranged to accommodate early arrival of ordered spares and all the work was completed within 24 hours. All staff were professional, respectful of property, excellent at communication and the quote was spot on with no hidden extras. The engineers also checked later that evening that everything was functioning properly. I would not hesitate to recommend YourPLumber Bournemouth as they could certainly teach other Companies how to give proper Customer Service.
