Work had to be rescheduled evening before but we were kept informed & company rang the next morning to check new time suited us. Plumber arrived early (as agreed he would if he could), was polite and worked efficiently leaving no mess. He did forget to put the soap tray on! - but that was our only complaint.

Your Plumber carried out a gas boiler replacement together with installing a new indirect unvented Joule cylinder which replaced the existing loft tank and hot water cylinder, two radiators were also replaced (a weeks work). They provided excellent service, on time, the team were hard working, clean, tidy and efficient. Communication was good and polite at all times. Very pleased with end result.

I couldn’t get water out of my hot water tap, but nothing came out. So I called for a plumber from “your plumber” and the lady arrived the following day. She came earlier than I booked which I really appreciated and she was able to get the job done within a good amount of time. The plumber managed to get the job within a good frame of time and was very professional, careful and efficient. Keep the good work.

This is the second time that YourPlumber has helped me out when I was let down for a second time by British Gas. Absolutely fantastic customer service and nothing is too much trouble. I live 200 miles away from the property and initially I needed a plumber to urgently attend to a leak. Without hesitation they collected the keys from the property management company, identified the source of the leak, repaired it and left flat clean & tidy. Thank you so much. Second time I was let down by British Gas for the annual scheduled service. YourPlumber serviced the boiler without hesitation. It’s hard choosing a company to trust to do the work especially from a distance when you are unable to be at the property. Jack has helped me out three times recently, for a variety of boiler issues, and the service has been great. Fast, expert, efficient, friendly - and all for a fair price. I hope not to need him or his colleagues for a while, but if I do, they are the only team I will call.

I found this company online and after seeing their reviews on Trustpilot and discovered they are very local to me and based in Charminster. Dan in the office talked me through different options and I chose which was best for our needs. Within 24hrs of speaking to 'YourPlumber.UK' I had my new boiler installed for a very good price! There was an option to increase the warranty to 10 years which I took and they included the first two services for free. Drew the engineer who fitted our Gloworm Boiler was extremely polite and was very careful with his surroundings and keeping everything clean and tidy. The installation has been carried out to a high standard and I will certainly be recommending this company to friends and family.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Easy to contact and arrange an appointment. The plumbers were able to come the same day and were knowledgable, friendly and efficient. The work was completed there and then and an invoice was email almost as soon as they had left the property. Highly recommended.

The engineer informed me what time to expect him, let me know when he was on the way, artived on time. Very courteous, wore face mask and overshoes. Carried out the work, answered questions and advised me of a small non conformity. Offered to give me a quote to remedy the situation. Printed out the boiler report on his printer and told me an invoice would be emailed. The quote arrived the same day as did the invoice. Exceptional service, well done. This is the first time I have used YourPlumber Ltd but will use them again.

Landlords gas certificate and boiler service carried out within the agreed time scale and price. Engineer rang to discuss additional work which was then carried out straight away avoiding additional call out charges.

The lady who booked my boiler service was friendly, polite and helpful. A boiler service was available within 48hrs of me ringing up. The plumber arrived within the advertised time frame and I was sent a text informing me that he was on his way. He was also very polite and wore shoe covers plus PPE. My boiler was serviced quickly and efficiently. No complaints at all about the service and I would definitely use this company again.

Having already fitted a new boiler for us to replace shoddy work done by others, Your Plumbers returned to replace broken underfloor heating manifold thermostat and replace poor quality cylinder thermostats on hot water and buffer tanks. As always work done to high standard by courteous and efficient technicians. Great tradesmen supported by efficient and knowledgeable office staff. I wish I had found them when building our house!

Very neat and tidy workmanship. Took care in his work and took into consideration what access might need be needed in the event of future problems. The plumber took time to explain to me what pipes do what and how to care for my new water heater. I would highly recommend the service and workmanship provided.

The removal of an old (condemned) boiler and its replacement was carried out very professionally by YourPlumber. The engineer (Drew) worked diligently throughout, and with the constraints of Covid controls. ▪His work standards and tidiness were exemplary, as was his politeness. ▪He kept me fully informed with what he was doing (even some of the issues he had to contend with). ▪He explained the system operation and controls very clearly Some additional costs were incurred due to unforeseen issues with the installation. If required I will certainly use YourPlumber (Bournemouth) again.

I came across Your Plumber whilst searching on the internet for a plumber who could upgrade my vented hot water cylinder to and unvented (mains pressure) hot water cylinder. The whole process was very professional from quote to installation and most of the communication was by email or text. Drew, the plumber assigned for my job was very helpful, polite and hard working. Care was taken to protect my home and all the rubbish was neatly placed ready for their collection service. I am very please with the result and now have great water pressure everywhere in my bungalow without the need for a pimp. I will use Your Plumber again for any future work.

I have just had this firm fit a new boiler and then a new pump at my elderly parents home. The staff could not have been more polite, efficient and respectful. Also really clean work and left site spotless. I was coordinating from London so had a degree of interaction with staff in their office. Kathryn was super efficient and communication faultless. Really pleased with the work and they came in under the quoted price for main work as took fewer hours I believe. I am so glad i researched with WHICH reviews and trust pilot. Drew Searle from YourPlumber visited to rectify some faults in our central heating system. Drew checked the system and found that two parts had to be replaced. Drew gave us a quote for the work and then went to procure the parts. The job involved draining the system. Drew installed the new parts and then had to work hard to get air out of the system, which took some time. He persevered with the task until the system was running perfectly. A good job done! The charge for the work was as he had quoted. I would happily recommend YourPlumber.

After a huge amount of rice and sweet corn had been washed down the kitchen sink it was well and truly blocked. Kevin dealt with it and the water is flowing again

Attended promptly. Plumber was polite and friendly. He explained exactly what was needed (new tap). Cost made clear and it was fair and reasonable. He had to go and get a part but came back quickly. No mess left behind - happy with the work.

My comments relate to changing a bathroom mixer tap. Called 'Yourplumber' after I was let down by another plumber. I was impressed from the start with the way the job was handled. I was given a cost and an appointment day and time within minutes. Later, I received a call to advise that my job could be brought forward if it was convenient for me. I agreed. Plumber (Martyn) arrived complete with face mask (PPE recommended and adhered to). He was punctual, friendly, professional and had completed the job in around 30 minutes, including tidying up. Payment was made by credit card using an app. Work is guaranteed for 12 months. Perfect. 10/10

Your Plumber, I could highly recommend, they were punctual, wore masks and gloves due to the virus. They did a great job of putting right the bad workmanship of another so called Gas Safe engineer, who had left us at risk from a few years ago when we had to have a new boiler installed ! The job was completed in the estimated time frame, every where was cleaned up after, so professional. The price quoted was very fair, it came in under so Dan adjusted it as some parts weren't needed. Following up on previous work done by this company we requested a quote to correct a water pressure problem. This was accepted by us and a date agreed. We were kept fully informed about a small delay to the start time (1 Hour) and the work was completed as agreed. The plumber worked very cleanly with no mess, and was very helpful about what was going on. Excellent service and we will definitely use the company again.

Combi Boiler service booked online. Jack arrived within the original 2 hour time slot. Text received when on the way. Overshoes put on when arrived and immediately asked if there were any problems. Stayed for about 45 minutes servicing boiler keeping me informed of any problems and advising me of recommendations. Left the area clean and tidy. Gave a rough quote for replacement boiler at a later date.
