Extremely impressed with Your Plumber from the survey to the finished job. Drew the installer for my new boiler was excellent. He arrived on time and on the first day worked until gone 7pm because he wanted to get to a certain stage ready for the following day. He took great pride in his work and kept me informed of what he was doing. There was a large hole in the wall where the old boiler flue was and he made such an excellent job of the brickwork that now it has been painted you can’t tell where the hole was. I saw the company online because I needed a plumber urgently and felt that they were reputable. However, my experience has been poor. The plumber that came just wasted time changing the waste hole and they ended up charging us for an hour and a half. The annoying thing is that the second job that was suppose to have been done was left undone. As a disabled person, I felt that they were taking advantage of my vulnerability and the fact that I couldn't stay with the plumber during the whole time. I just trusted that they will do the right thing. I am totally disappointed and I even called the office to explain and the lady that I spoke to had no empathy at all and said the plumber is right. I will not recommend them to any person.

Your Plumber quoted in advance for an annual boiler service and a replacement shower. The work was conducted on time as planned the following day and the quote was 100% accurate. The plumber worked none stop to complete his tasks and left the work area in a clean and tidy state.

We moved into our flat almost exactly one year ago and had a plumbing problem from day one. All of our hot taps ran incredibly slowly. The fall from the hot water cylinder to the basins was completely inadequate. We called in YourPlumber to quote for the installation of a pressurised hot water system. The survey and quotation was carried out promptly and the installation date was (re)arranged to suit us and our recovery from Covid. Drew, our plumber, was exemplary. He worked cheerfully over a long day to strip out the 50-year-old plumbing we had inherited and give us a fresh, new, clean replacement. Because he had had to disconnect and reconnect our washing machine in the course of his work he stayed to do a quick test rinse to ensure that everything was back where it should be and overall he left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived! Our only problem now is remembering that we don't need to leave hot taps running for five minutes to get hot water. We had got used to doing odd jobs while we waited! Since we moved to Bournemouth 11 years ago we had 'acquired' an electrician and a painter but up until now we haven't had a plumber, but now we have! Well done Drew and YourPlumber!

James came to fix my scaled up combi boiler. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me the scaled-up part he removed. Whilst doing the job, he found the boiler had leaked previously and two other parts needed replacement. It was very obvious to see the parts that needed replacing. Also, the flue had been fitted incorrectly and was leaking fumes into the boiler, (Not into the home) He tested for fumes and left a notice that the boiler was dangerous and used at my own risk. The second visit to fix the other problems was arranged very quickly. I asked for James on the second visit and this was accommodated. I found the labour costs very reasonable but the parts are quite a bit more expensive than I could source the same. However, the service and speed of getting an appointment make up for the expensive parts. I would definitely use them again.

Tiffany of Your Plumber did an excellent repair job. On time, courteous, efficient and effective repair, clearly explaining the work done. In addition to fixing the hotwater tap, Tiffany also replaced the leverage on the cold water tap so that both taps now have matching action for turning on and off. I would highly recommend her and the Your Plumber company to others seeking a quick and reasonably costed plumbing repair that was on budget to quote given.

Same day response to an emergency call out, made sure that the area was made safe and then quote given for remedial work. Engineer schedules were rearranged to accommodate early arrival of ordered spares and all the work was completed within 24 hours. All staff were professional, respectful of property, excellent at communication and the quote was spot on with no hidden extras. The engineers also checked later that evening that everything was functioning properly. I would not hesitate to recommend YourPLumber Bournemouth as they could certainly teach other Companies how to give proper Customer Service.

I had a combo boiler service done on my Glo worm boiler. I also agreed to have the filter cleaned if it needed it and to check my radiators were working properly. When I booked I hadn’t realised that checking the radiators would cost me £39.50 with VAT. It is when I got the Invoice that it was listed separately to the bill. It was £32.92 then VAT had to go on top at £39.50. The plumber that checked the boiler went around the bungalow very quickly to check the radiators certainly NOT worth the amount I have paid. I also told the plumber some confidential information which has now appeared in black & white on the bill for all to see. I rang up the company on getting the bill to be faced with an aggressive mannered man. I was not happy with the bill but I have paid it in FULL. So be clear before you book how much you are going to be charged for their service. I feel I have overpaid for this service and will not be using them again.

What a pleasure it was to have YourPlumbers to supply and fit my new electric boiler. Everyone with whom I had dealings was very helpful and made me feel relaxed about the entire job. No mess, no fuss, just a good job at a fair price I would not hesitate to recommend them.

YourPlumber replaced my 34-year-old boiler, after extremely helpful discussions with Dan at Head Office and a site-visit. The fitter, Drew, arrived dead on-time and proved to be exemplary - polite, neat, conscientious, informative and impressively hard-working. The work was completed in a day at the agreed price, despite some problems with the aging radiators and valves - also 34 years old. I had no hesitation in accepting his advice and asking YourPlumber to undertake his recommendations to resolve any future difficulties. I would unreservedly recommend this trader.

Can’t praise enough the professionalism and help of this company, in these times of uncertainty with Covid-19, I rang to inquire about changing all my valves on my radiators, renewing a radiator and servicing the boiler. Had no idea as to price but explained what I required, within a few hours I had an estimate and date when they were able to attend, I was more than happy with the price and agreed to all terms, surprised that no deposit was required which I found unusual in these present day. Today 5th August a young man by the name of Joe arrived on time at 9.00 am as quoted, he never stopped from the time he arrived in finishing the job 4.00 pm, he went without lunch, and when I did offer coffee he kept on working, what did impress me most was how clean and tidy he left everything, by the time he had finished you would not have known anything had been disturbed. thank you JOE. Certainly, I recommend the company to anybody who wants a reliable and honest plumbing company.

Work had to be rescheduled evening before but we were kept informed & company rang the next morning to check new time suited us. Plumber arrived early (as agreed he would if he could), was polite and worked efficiently leaving no mess. He did forget to put the soap tray on! - but that was our only complaint.

Your Plumber carried out a gas boiler replacement together with installing a new indirect unvented Joule cylinder which replaced the existing loft tank and hot water cylinder, two radiators were also replaced (a weeks work). They provided excellent service, on time, the team were hard working, clean, tidy and efficient. Communication was good and polite at all times. Very pleased with end result.

I couldn’t get water out of my hot water tap, but nothing came out. So I called for a plumber from “your plumber” and the lady arrived the following day. She came earlier than I booked which I really appreciated and she was able to get the job done within a good amount of time. This is the second time that YourPlumber has helped me out when I was let down for a second time by British Gas. Absolutely fantastic customer service and nothing is too much trouble. I live 200 miles away from the property and initially I needed a plumber to urgently attend to a leak. Without hesitation they collected the keys from the property management company, identified the source of the leak, repaired it and left flat clean & tidy. Thank you so much. Jack has helped me out three times recently, for a variety of boiler issues, and the service has been great. Fast, expert, efficient, friendly - and all for a fair price. I hope not to need him or his colleagues for a while, but if I do, they are the only team I will call.

I found this company online and after seeing their reviews on Trustpilot and discovered they are very local to me and based in Charminster. Dan in the office talked me through different options and I chose which was best for our needs. Within 24hrs of speaking to 'YourPlumber.UK' I had my new boiler installed for a very good price! There was an option to increase the warranty to 10 years which I took and they included the first two services for free. Drew the engineer who fitted our Gloworm Boiler was extremely polite and was very careful with his surroundings and keeping everything clean and tidy. The installation has been carried out to a high standard and I will certainly be recommending this company to friends and family.

The engineer informed me what time to expect him, let me know when he was on the way, artived on time. Very courteous, wore face mask and overshoes. Carried out the work, answered questions and advised me of a small non conformity. Offered to give me a quote to remedy the situation. Printed out the boiler report on his printer and told me an invoice would be emailed. The quote arrived the same day as did the invoice. Exceptional service, well done. This is the first time I have used YourPlumber Ltd but will use them again.

Landlords gas certificate and boiler service carried out within the agreed time scale and price. Engineer rang to discuss additional work which was then carried out straight away avoiding additional call out charges.

The lady who booked my boiler service was friendly, polite and helpful. A boiler service was available within 48hrs of me ringing up. The plumber arrived within the advertised time frame and I was sent a text informing me that he was on his way. He was also very polite and wore shoe covers plus PPE. My boiler was serviced quickly and efficiently. No complaints at all about the service and I would definitely use this company again.

Having already fitted a new boiler for us to replace shoddy work done by others, Your Plumbers returned to replace broken underfloor heating manifold thermostat and replace poor quality cylinder thermostats on hot water and buffer tanks. As always work done to high standard by courteous and efficient technicians. Great tradesmen supported by efficient and knowledgeable office staff. I wish I had found them when building our house!

Very neat and tidy workmanship. Took care in his work and took into consideration what access might need be needed in the event of future problems. The plumber took time to explain to me what pipes do what and how to care for my new water heater. I would highly recommend the service and workmanship provided.

The removal of an old (condemned) boiler and its replacement was carried out very professionally by YourPlumber. The engineer (Drew) worked diligently throughout, and with the constraints of Covid controls. ▪His work standards and tidiness were exemplary, as was his politeness. ▪He kept me fully informed with what he was doing (even some of the issues he had to contend with). ▪He explained the system operation and controls very clearly Some additional costs were incurred due to unforeseen issues with the installation. I came across Your Plumber whilst searching on the internet for a plumber who could upgrade my vented hot water cylinder to and unvented (mains pressure) hot water cylinder. The whole process was very professional from quote to installation and most of the communication was by email or text. Drew, the plumber assigned for my job was very helpful, polite and hard working. Care was taken to protect my home and all the rubbish was neatly placed ready for their collection service. I am very please with the result and now have great water pressure everywhere in my bungalow without the need for a pimp. I will use Your Plumber again for any future work.

I have just had this firm fit a new boiler and then a new pump at my elderly parents home. The staff could not have been more polite, efficient and respectful. Also really clean work and left site spotless. I was coordinating from London so had a degree of interaction with staff in their office. Kathryn was super efficient and communication faultless. Really pleased with the work and they came in under the quoted price for main work as took fewer hours I believe. I am so glad i researched with WHICH reviews and trust pilot. Drew Searle from YourPlumber visited to rectify some faults in our central heating system. Drew checked the system and found that two parts had to be replaced. Drew gave us a quote for the work and then went to procure the parts. The job involved draining the system. Drew installed the new parts and then had to work hard to get air out of the system, which took some time. He persevered with the task until the system was running perfectly. A good job done! The charge for the work was as he had quoted. I would happily recommend YourPlumber.

After a huge amount of rice and sweet corn had been washed down the kitchen sink it was well and truly blocked. Kevin dealt with it and the water is flowing again

Attended promptly. Plumber was polite and friendly. He explained exactly what was needed (new tap). Cost made clear and it was fair and reasonable. He had to go and get a part but came back quickly. No mess left behind - happy with the work.

My comments relate to changing a bathroom mixer tap. Called 'Yourplumber' after I was let down by another plumber. I was impressed from the start with the way the job was handled. I was given a cost and an appointment day and time within minutes. Later, I received a call to advise that my job could be brought forward if it was convenient for me. I agreed. Plumber (Martyn) arrived complete with face mask (PPE recommended and adhered to). He was punctual, friendly, professional and had completed the job in around 30 minutes, including tidying up. Payment was made by credit card using an app. Work is guaranteed for 12 months. Perfect. 10/10

Your Plumber, I could highly recommend, they were punctual, wore masks and gloves due to the virus. They did a great job of putting right the bad workmanship of another so called Gas Safe engineer, who had left us at risk from a few years ago when we had to have a new boiler installed ! The job was completed in the estimated time frame, every where was cleaned up after, so professional. The price quoted was very fair, it came in under so Dan adjusted it as some parts weren't needed. Following up on previous work done by this company we requested a quote to correct a water pressure problem. This was accepted by us and a date agreed. We were kept fully informed about a small delay to the start time (1 Hour) and the work was completed as agreed. The plumber worked very cleanly with no mess, and was very helpful about what was going on. Excellent service and we will definitely use the company again.

Combi Boiler service booked online. Jack arrived within the original 2 hour time slot. Text received when on the way. Overshoes put on when arrived and immediately asked if there were any problems. Stayed for about 45 minutes servicing boiler keeping me informed of any problems and advising me of recommendations. Left the area clean and tidy. Gave a rough quote for replacement boiler at a later date.

I cannot recommend Your Plumber enough. I have used these guys for several small jobs but on Tuesday had them out for a boiler problem, sadly the boiler was condemned (it was 33 years old!) and had to be replaced. 2 days later they were back and Drew spent the whole day fitting the new boiler. An absolute credit to the company, Drew was polite, courteous, very careful to ensure everything was covered and cleaned up as he went, cleaning up at the end after a very long day. I know how difficult it is when working in an occupied house but the service was exceptional. Thank you guys.

The scope of work was a combi boiler replacement for an old system boiler plus 5 upgraded radiator replacements. Access to pipework around the boiler and gas meter was very limited and difficult. Drew and Jack, the engineers who did the work were clearly highly experienced and expert in the work and completed the extensive work in two & half days and to a very high quality. They were very polite, considerate, friendly and worked solidly each day without wasting any time. They took adequate precautions to protect carpets, walls, furniture etc. they removed all debris and any mess. The place was left clean and tidy. Very professional company and workmanship. The final invoice for the work was as first quoted and was very competitive. I would highly recommend YourPlumber and will use them again for any plumbing work.

I called Your Plumber as my boiler had broken down and another company (which is also my gas provider) was pushing me into their expensive quote knowing that I needed an urgent replacement. Your Plumber sent me an engineer in 3 hours and the quote (same boiler) was much cheaper. As I had no hot water Dan went far and beyond to get my new boiler installed in a couple of days.
