Dave called very promptly and was courteous and helpful. Repaired and got the tap working. However warned that as a repair it might soon need replacing advised the best way to obtain a new tap if/when needed.

Job was what I expected, although I was quoted £105 I was charged £120 both prices I found very steep. These prices also included a discount for over 65's therefore would have been even more otherwise.
