We specialise in replacement windows, doors and conservatories. All of our windows are A-rated as standard and our products covered by solid guarantees which are insurance backed. We are Certass registered and approved to carry out installations in accordance with current building regulations. We supply the superb Duraflex Diamond Suite PVCU system, and specify Ultraframe for all of our conservatory roofs; both of which are second to none in terms of quality and durability.

Paul kept in touch with me RE prices & the order. He turned up when he said he would. He replaced misted up windows/door & then completed 5 other little jobs that I either asked him about or he saw. e.g. sorted a sticky handle, sealed a leaking gutter. I had 5 double glazed windows installed. Paul visited my house and did a quick survey for the quote. During the visit he answered all my questions and advised where necessary, at no stage did he try to "sell" anything, he just measured, advised and left, it was all done in about 30 minutes. His quote was roughly in line with 2 previous quotes I had received so the only decision I needed to make was which one? Paul won the contract for the following reasons: 1. As described in the first paragraph 2. Paul came across as a very personable person, easy to talk to, very polite and not all "pushy". All the work was done very efficiently and completed in two days. While he was in my home he was polite, quiet and just got on with the job in a very professional manner. The work was done to a very high standard and the work area was always cleaned up after each stage. I am very pleased with my new windows and as a result I have invited him back price up replacement French doors and a back door. I can happily recommend Zen windows and I feel confident you will be pleased with any work they do.

From the first contact until completion Paul could not have been more helpful. The work was completed on time (fitting it into my schedule of availability!) to an excellent standard and was very good value.
