Audley Travel is a Which? Recommended Provider (WRP), which means that as well as being one of the most highly rated holiday firms in our survey it has also guaranteed to offer a full refund, or free changes, if the Foreign Office (FCDO) changes its advice about your destination.

It has also promised that in 2024 it won’t apply any additional surcharges to holidays that have already been booked.

All of Audley Travel’s advisors have travelled extensively or lived in their specialist regions, which helps to explain how it got the most impressive customer score of any provider in any category, with 95% in the tailor-made holidays category.

It received five-star ratings for customer service, accommodation, description matching reality, organisation and transport. These ratings illustrate the breadth of excellent service Audley Travel provides.

Audley Travel also finished top of the table of smaller/independent providers, with a customer score of 87%. It received solid four-star ratings across the board, except for transport, where five stars means that it clearly dealt with last year’s travel chaos better than most.
