Tech support company Inspiration Computers has earned the Which? Trusted Trader of the Year award, edging ahead of fellow nominees Easystep Stairlifts and SD Roofing to secure the win.
Lee and Alison Grant are a husband-and-wife team of dedicated PC technicians with years of experience between them in fixing broken tech. Their company, Inspiration Computers, which specialises in PC data recovery, virus removal and computer MOTs, has already been awarded Trusted Trader of the Month three times.
We caught up with Alison Grant, company director and co-founder at Inspiration Computers, to get her thoughts on the impressive win.

Giving thanks to loyal customers
At the time of writing, Inspiration Computers has a flawless five-star customer review score on the Which? Trusted Traders website. When picking out a worthy winner for this year’s award, our judging panel paid close attention to customer feedback.
Reacting to the win, Alison told us: ‘We are absolutely thrilled to have won this award – it’s a huge achievement for a husband-and-wife microbusiness in a small Huddersfield village. To be recognised for our quality of work, customer service and community engagement makes us very proud.

The company co-founder explained: ‘We use the Which? Trusted Trader logo in all areas of our business. It lets people know that we’re a trusted business that’s safe to trade with.
‘The logo is featured on our workwear. It’s also found in the shop window, on our documents and the Inspiration Computers website. We have branded pens, desk stickers, and even a gazebo with the logo that we lend out to local organisations free of charge.’
