Customer service at the heart of the company

Customer service is of the utmost importance to AJT Showers.

One customer continued to have issues with damp in her hallway after her new bathroom was installed. The team returned after the project was completed, resolved the damp, and re-plastered and painted the wall.

This service was completed free of charge.

Charity work and looking out for future generations

After the company’s founder, Simon, was sadly diagnosed with dementia, the AJT team has been working hard to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s society.

Simon’s son Jordan has been preparing to ride in the London to Brighton cycle in September.

He was in the top 25% of fundraisers for this race for the month of May. Having already beaten his original fundraising target, he is now working towards raising £750 for the organisation.

As well as donating to charity, the company is committed to training and supporting the next generation of accessible bathroom fitters.

The company’s directors have developed an apprenticeship course which provides extensive training in accessible bathroom design and hands-on installation skills. 

They have already trained multiple students and given them a job for life within the company.
