We firstly used 123Floor for carpeting and were so impressed returned, shortly after, to have our wooden hall flooring replaced with Karndean. Charlie, Rob and the fitters are superb and you can rely on sound advice and a very friendly and professional job from 123Floor.

We had a new carpet fitted on a unusually shaped stair case - quite a tricky job but we were really happy with the finish. Rob carried out our initial quote at 7am on a week day morning as he understood we had to head out to work at 7.30am - I thought this was fantastic. He was professional and courteous, the quote was delivered promptly and we felt it was very fair price. Perry completed the work for us and again we found him to be very professional. He worked really hard to get the best finish and left the place nice and tidy when he left. I wouldn't hesitate to use 123 Floor again.

New carpet fitted to basement and stairs. Great customer service when choosing the carpet. Very quick to respond to emails. Helpful when providing revised quotations. Carpet fitters really nice, polite and efficient. I got a couple of quotes from other companies for the same carpet and 123 were the best value.
