Efficient and tidy repair of two central heating leaks

Great work. Luke arrived at the scheduled time. Found leaks (two) quickly, fixed them and left everywhere very tidy. Ensured no loss of pressure to the system and that all was working fine. Happy to recommend 1st Call Gas

I recently went with 1st Call Gas Services Limited for a boiler service and quoting for new radiators, having been unhappy with the company who did my previous services. A friend recommended them after having had new radiators installed by 1st Call. I had my boiler serviced by Kile who did a thorough job, far more than the previous company, and was very friendly and communicative, particularly when it came to discussing options for new radiators to get my rather cold house a bit more tolerable in the cold of winter. After accepting the quote Kile came back and spent a very long day fitting the new radiators. There was a supplier issue which put him back, time-wise - as well as a few particular demands regarding a more challenging fitting than planned. In the end he was here until 8.30pm and didn't once complain or try and take short cuts. The job was done properly, to my satisfaction, and he cleaned up after himself. A massive thanks to Kile and the folks at 1st Gas - my house now heats up so much quicker and is far more cosy than it's been since i moved in.

Once again the engineer arrived on time. Carried out the work quickly, cleanly, courteously and, as far as I am aware, thoroughly and efficiently, as he did on his previous visit. Quality work. And we would like to commend Mr. Cameron.

The gentleman that came was efficient and did a thorough job. He cleaned after himself. He was very polite and very reasonable.

Super efficient engineer. Rang ahead of time and arrived exactly on time. Very friendly, very professional and gave me some good tips for setting the thermostat. Very polite and very respectful of our home. Cant recommend enough will definitely use again!

We have had a problem with our boiler for several months. Having previously had two different plumbers out to it they could not diagnose the problem. 1st Call Gas were recommended to us and came out. They immediately knew what our issue was and fitted a new part. Our boiler is now working perfectly and we felt the charge was very reasonable.
