I asked for the work to be done and agreed a date and time with 1st call. Engineer phoned en route and arrived on time, was polite and worked quickly and efficiently with a range of equipment, respecting the property even using over shoes to check meter located in a different room. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend

Rang them on Sunday morning as we had no hot water or radiators. Promised a call-out within 2 hours, and the engineer came within that time. Did an excellent job and explained what we need to do in future. Would most definitely use again!

I cannot recommend them enough. From my initial phone enquiry I received all the informations and advice I required and more together with a full estimate to achieve. On the day of the scheduled work I received a phone call from Kyle saying he was on his way. He arrived on time, with assistant, and completed the work to my expectations and beyond. The engineer (David) arrived promptly at the time agreed and rang beforehand to ensure it was still convenient. The service was done efficiently and I was advised what was happening i.e. the heating would be put on. I'm completely happy :)

I have used 1st Call for years and they are consistently good. The engineers are on time, knowledgeable and efficient. We had an annual boiler service during which the engineer spotted a hairline crack on one of the parts and advised me to ring the manufacturer to get it replaced under warranty. Very satisfied again with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend.
