I have used this company since they installed my new boiler some 6 years or so ago. They have never let me down, they contact me to arrange a date for the service at the end of each year and make a date for the beginning of the next year. Their staff are ultra friendly and helpful and the tradesman that carry oyt the work are very professional indeed, explaining exactly what they are doing along the way. I can't recommend them enough.

I have used 1st Call Gas Services to service my boiler annually and they have been really good. This year, on the day when everyone awoke to freezing conditions, our boiler wasn't working. We are on the 'vulnerable' list and when I contacted them, they could not have been more helpful, kind and reassuring. Soon someone was here, explained the problem, made a temporary fix because they explained that as it was under warranty, I needed to get the manufacturer in to replace the valve. They could have easily done it and I'd have paid. But they have integrity and honesty, and did what was best for us. Honestly, from the person who answers the 'phone to the person who comes and fixes the issue, can't fault them - so helpful and kind.

Had my boiler serviced by 1st Call Gas Services. The engineer was due at 8 a.m. and arrived exactly on time. He was tidy, efficient and everything was completed on schedule with the previously agreed price. The same company fitted the boiler a year ago and did a great job.

1st Call Gas Services fitted a new boiler for me 5 years ago. I have it serviced by 1st Call annually and have always been very satisfied with the service I receive. I get an email reminder and call them to arrange a date. The engineer calls to let me know the time of arrival and they are always friendly, professional and clean, giving advice if necessary. I would highly recommend this company.

Friendly pleasant guy, respected my property . I missed him first time he called as on phone and didn't notice . Rang him back and he came back was still pleasant even though I'd caused him extra wasted time.
