The work was carried out professionally and to schedule. The office staff responded quickly to resolve a small issue, and the heating engineer completed the job to our satisfaction. We experienced a problem with our boiler and the diagnosis suggested that the best option was a new boiler which was fitted in 3 working days time. Also some minor repairs have been carried out promptly and efficiently. We are very grateful for the responsive and reliable service.

I couldn’t speak too highly of this company. Over the last few years we have used them on three occasions and they have been very efficient work was done to a high standard and all aspects of the work went as smoothly as we could have wished. The engineer was so pleasant and friendly and left the premises very clean and tidy. 5 stars to the company and engineer

New boiler fitted, done to agreed schedule and budget. James the fitter arrived on time, he worked continuously both days not shirking at all. He was extremely polite and cleaned up after himself and left my home clean. After care. They came back twice to explain how to regulate heating, no problem to him.

Replaced very old boiler/water cylinder, completed on schedule and budget. They were polite, friendly, hard working. They covered all carpets and areas were they were working, nothing was too much trouble. They have been back since installation to help me use the thermostat. Would definitely recommend.

The gas fitter was punctual clean and tidy and worked non-stop until the job was finished. He cleaned up and washed down the patio where he stored his tools etc. I would definitely recommend him and 1st Gas Services to anyone.
