Dave has carried out lots of work over the years for us, from fitting a new boiler and servicing it to helping when radiators aren't working properly. He is extremely helpful and his work is excellent. Not only that but he is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Fully recommended.

Always a worry having work done - but no need. David and his team did an excellent job. The survey was carried out by the guys who were actually going to do the work. A very thorough survey and any issues or concerns could be discussed. On the day: they arrived on time, smart clean well equipped vans, all in work uniforms. Rolled out dusts sheets all over the carpets ready for work. A quick chat about storing water for the loo, making the mortar, and for the tea. Old system out whilst another of the team installed the new boiler. Very well organised. Another contractor arrived and removed the waste (old boiler, tanks, cylinder etc.) Pipework is excellent - a true tradesman. The central heating system was thoroughly flushed through using a Magnacleanse machine (not Power Flushed). The machine chemically and magnetically removes system sludge (if there is any). It is worth looking at Magnacleanse machine (not the filter) on YouTube. David (the proprietor) is the third member of the team. So it isn't 'pot luck' who you are going get on the day. The end result: excellent job for the quoted price, genuine Bosch magnetic filter (not a cheaper quality one that some other firms use). All the instructions for using the new boiler and roomstat very well explained. The team are a 'team' and work very efficiently - I do recommend 1st Call Services. Keen price, supplied exactly what I wanted and did an excellent job.

Got a perfect boiler installation - on time, competitive price and very clean efficient work.

Cannot fault the service provided. They were happy to fit the new boiler into my fitted kitchen without the need to adjust any of the units. This required fitting the pipes in a confined space and re-routing them to enable the filter to be fitted above the boiler.

I have used several plumbers over the years to renew my Central heating system but have to admit that 1st call services have been the best. They are simply everything that you require in a trader. Quality installation, reasonable price and a great team. We had recently moved house and found that we needed a completely new CH system including boiler and radiators. We used Which recommendation for the boiler and David provided good advice for the other items required. David and his team turned up promptly every morning at 8:00am and worked right through the day until 5:00pm at night. They just got on with the task in hand cheerfully and pleasantly. We wanted copper pipes and they were happy to oblige. We have quality workmanship and reduced heating bills. Thank you David and team

What can I say; it was an absolute fantastic service provided by 1st Call Services at every step of the process. From the initial survey until the job was completed, David and the team offered a very professional service; offering advice and explanations along the way. When my old boiler decided to die, I did my research and decided I wanted to go for a particular boiler; after talking through with David, he suggested a slightly different model and I am very pleased that not only that I did listen, but David actually suggested the better option. I would highly recommend 1st Call Services if you want an honest service, provided by a professional, friendly and not to forget funny team. :-)
