I would definitely recommend these David and his team. After an emergency phone call on Saturday to David he was quick to advise me on how to stop my mothers boiler from leaking even more through her ceiling, preventing further damage. His team were prompt to come out on Monday and have fixed the problem with a very old boiler, giving both mum and myself peace of mind. Fabulous service, extremely helpful and the guys were very courteous and polite to an upset mum. Thank you once again.

Cannot recommend the company highly enough. Exceptional service and response times. We first used this plumber after another trader let us down on a gas boiler repair, and were fitted in the same day at short notice. Final work completed for less than original estimate. Impressed by previous experience we recently used Dave again - not in the least disappointed.

Having read many reviews and looked at various websites I was drawn to 1st Call Services. I gave David a call, he answered promptly, I explained the situation and he came over that same day late in the evening (no doubt after a long day of work) in order to assess the situation as quickly a possible so as to be able to provide a quote for a more efficient (working) boiler. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Not only did he assess the situation but he also diagnosed and resolved an issue with the old system. The time and effort that David gave to us that evening is very much appreciated. If you have a problem or are looking to replace your old system do not hesitate to give David a call.

Nice firm to deal with. Fitted a replacement shower, and took the time to explain how the plumbing and heating in our (new)property was set up. All work took place on time and we are happy with what was done. We would use them for future work and servicing.

had my boiler installed few days ago by David and all i can say is i'm very happy with their service,very punctual guided me along when he did the survey and recommended the suitable boiler for my flat,he even came during the night just to see the job..no messing around just to told me his honest opinion on things and we carry on with the installation. He came on time with his pal scotty,the man with so many talents,prepped the the floor with dust sheets and worked throughout the day with added entertainment lol..i would definitely recommend him to all my friends and will call him again to do my yearly service, glad i found a very reliable heating company like 1st call services!!!!

1s Call Services installed a new boiler, water tank etc for us. It was a tough job but because our flat is on the 2nd floor and our previous boiler was an old floor standing type. David was always on time for the job and the quality of the work he and his men did was excellent. David and his company is very trustworthy and David was always happy to help and answer any questions I had. If I ever have to get a new boiler again, I will be using 1st Call Services.

Had a Worcester bosch Greenstar 28CDi Compact combi-boiler fitted by 1st call services (boiler now pay later) on 14/1/15 as a straight swap. The service received has been superb from start to finish. On the phone he gave me a rough idea of what was needed & a rough price, he was not pushy & left with ME to contact him. He came to quote. After agreeing a price, finance was approved on the spot. David happily arrived on time (despite traffic) on the day arranged, quickly recapped, then I left for work. I arrived home at 2pm Scott & Robin had done a lot. Job was finished at 4.30pm & I was given a demo, & a look at the new boiler. Signed the paper work. I emailed David throughout the process with questions which he answered in extremely good time. The whole process was smooth, not pressured, and quick. David and his team were professional, and know the job well. The outcome? Well the new boiler is brilliant, so quiet compared to the old one I had, heats up the house nice, and the overall finish looks good.
