We are a small family business with a passion for great customer service and communication.

We are UPVC door and window repair specialist and offer a no obligation free quote on all our services.

We also offer a 24hr Locksmith service and am a NCFE level 3 accredited Engineer.

Replaced broken door handle and fittings

Dean arrived within a few hours of my phone call. He had to order a new door handle and fittings (mine is an Edwardian house, with original doors) and came back within a few days to fit them. He was very helpful, did a good job and I was very pleased. I have used his services before and I was very pleased then as well.

Broken window hinge

I discovered my kitchen window hinge was broken last night. Called Dean this morning, and he was able to come to sort out the problem in the afternoon. Very professional and efficient service, and I would definitely recommend 1st Call Southwest Locksmiths.

Dean did a really good job replacing some hinges on a couple of windows that didn't close properly. He also fixed a window that wouldn't open. He worked very professionally and protected the flooring from footprints by covering it. He spent the time to talk me through what he was doing. While he was here he noticed out front door wasn't shutting properly so quickly had a look at it and fixed it. I would definitely recommend him in the future and also use him again.
