I initially contacted 1st gas for a service, after reading good reviews. However, whilst I was away my daughter I formed me that there was a problem and I changed it to a maintenance call. This was all done efficiently and timely, it was bad news the boiler would be far to expensive to repair and a new one was recommended. After, a few frantic calls home from Spain, an appointment was made and a new boiler installed which we are very happy with. I did all the arrangements via email and a chat over the phone with the engineer. There was no fuss that I wasn’t there in person and made the whole process as stress free as possible a couple of weeks before Xmas. Thank you

Time for my annual boiler service and it's impossible to forget. The team at 1st Gas send out reminders with a link to book the service in on a day and timeframe that suits me. They turned up on time and completed the work while I carried on with my day and everything was left working perfectly with no mess. Happy to recommend 1st Gas for anything heating and water related around the home.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I was desperate for help when my boiler breakdown provider had a 3 week waiting time for emergencies. 1st Gas came when they said they would, told me what was required and how much it would cost. The work was carried out the following day with all Covid-19 precautions taken. It was a lengthy job but the engineer kept me appraised of process, showing me where and what the problem was. Needless to say 1st Gas will be getting my business from now on and my current provider a complaint!

1st Gas Engineers Ltd. have completed an excellent boiler installation for me. All of their work was first class (pipework, system flush, new flue, extra radiator, commissioning and customer walk-through, etc.). Friendly, polite service, very tidy engineers competitively priced. The new Worcester Bosch GreenStar 30i boiler is running well and this independent firm comes very highly recommended. Five stars.

I had a low pressure fault on my combi boiler: no heat, no hot water! But 1st Gas came round within three hours and cleared the fault professionally, courteously and efficiently --- and at a fair price. Well impressed. I would certainly recommend this firm.

I have just used this firm for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality of service I have received. They arrived on time completed the job quickly, efficiently and very tidly and were very good value for money. The engineer, Jeff, was polite patient - he answered all my questions and tidied up. I will be using them again to install a full central heating system. I can heartily recommend them.

After 20 years it was time to replace the old creaking boiler so I called up 1st Gas who came out to assess the boiler that was in situ and advise on the type of boiler to replace it. A day, time and a price was agreed and the work was carried out to a high standard and much quicker than I expected. I was also particularly impressed with the tidiness and cleanliness of the work, leaving the work area spotless and I now have fully functioning boiler which should save me money on my gas bills. Highly recommenced.

I contacted 1st Gas Engineers after having been led down by another company. Having checked Which Local I contacted several companies for a quote to install a new boiler. 1st Gas Engineers quote was very competitive and we arranged a date for the installation. They turned up on time, did a fantastic job (going out of their way to hide the pipes, which the other companies had not mentioned) and left the place spotless at the end of the job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
