They were speedy and efficient and very helpful finding a replacement roof tile to match our broken one, and then even moved tiles so that the replacement was not noticeable. Checked we were happy at the end. Very pleased and will use again.

From sweet Sally in the Office to the Boss Jim and his Team, they are all an extremely pleasant bunch of people to deal with. Their professionalism and the obvious pride they take in providing quality workmanship is a rare thing to find and so refreshing. They carried out the work unobtrusively, efficiently and to the highest standards. I can say categorically that in fifteen years of commissioning and dealing with contractors I have never come across anyone as good as them. Apart from replacing a rotten fascia board and refixing the guttering, Jim's team cleaned all the house’s gutters and fixed several instances of poor pointing. All was done to a high standard. The quote was detailed and accurate and the price fair. Will definitely use again.

We initially arranged for 1st Roofing Specialists to replace the guttering whilst we had a scaffold in place for the re-rendering of our house, however during the rendering works we encountered a number of issues with the original lead flashings and soakers, which Jim and the team were able to resolve at short notice, co-ordinating the works with the rendering contractor. The process from the initial contact, site visit, quotation and booking in the works was seamless, with the works carried out to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending 1st Roofing Specialists.
