Excellent service from all the team including the lady in the office. Our flat roof was satisfactorily refurbished and they checked all our ridge and hip tiles and carried out necessary work. 1st Roofing fitted new guttering, soffits, fascia boards, eave trays and an additional downpipe for us. The work was done within the agreed timescale and for the cost we had been given in a detailed quotation. The two workmen turned up promptly, were pleasant, polite and helpful, and communicated well. When I realised I had forgotten to mention a relevant detail, causing them some extra work, they were understanding and willingly did the small additional task. All the debris was cleared away and everywhere left tidy. Very pleased with the work.

We initially arranged for 1st Roofing Specialists to replace the guttering whilst we had a scaffold in place for the re-rendering of our house, however during the rendering works we encountered a number of issues with the original lead flashings and soakers, which Jim and the team were able to resolve at short notice, co-ordinating the works with the rendering contractor. The process from the initial contact, site visit, quotation and booking in the works was seamless, with the works carried out to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending 1st Roofing Specialists.

Removal of small chimney stack - they were always punctual and courteous. The job was done as scheduled with no mess and they spotted and replaced an additional missing tile from a different area, all within the original cost. I would recommend them and happily use them again.

1st Roofing Specialists replaced bargeboards and verge tiles on two gable ends. Jim took the trouble to visit before the work commenced to determine the best match of roof tile to use for the remedial work and they blend in very well following completion of the work. When the first bargeboard was removed, Jim was quick to explain that the roof batten ends were rotten and would also need to be replaced, as an addition to the original quote. He was very honest and reasonable with the scope of the additional work required and the cost. The two lads worked tirelessly to complete the work in two very long days and the quality and pride they took in their work was refreshing. I will be certain to use 1st Roofing Direct for any future roofing needs and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

They came to my house to replace one tile to the rear of the roof. The owner and his son were polite and were happy to be of service. They came a day early because of the weather conditions recognising also perhaps that it was a very small job. They came along with a matching clay tile and fitted it at a very reasonable price. Fantastic!
