Once a date was agreed the 3 fitters turned up on time and were very polite and efficient. The conservatory roof was replaced over two days, the second day by a lone fitter (who had not been among the original 3). The end result was just as we had hoped and we would certainly recommend them based on our experience.

I love my new conservatory roof - it looks good, it sounds good (no more noisy rain or birds landing on it), it feels nice and warm. I can finally use the room. The work was done professionally and promptly. The price was reasonable. I am so happy with it.

The price was very competitive. The team was professional, courteous and very helpful. They did a great job, very efficient and cleaned up after the work was completed and left everything neat and tidy. Caroline and Sophie from the office also provided excellent service and kept us informed at every stage of the process and dealt with our queries efficiently and cheerfully. Wanted to replace my polycarbonate conservatory roof with an insulated tiled roof. Whilst researching and gathering quotes I found 2Hot2Cold very informative, Olag was very patient and explained my options well without any airy fairy sales pitch which other companies portrayed. Detailed quote emailed to me the same day with the two options as requested and I opted for a tiled insulated replacement roof. Work team of four arrived on time, we’re very polite, courteous, and respectful of my property. Worked throughout the day with a short lunch break and were finished by 4pm. Everything tidied, and clean you wouldn’t have known they’d been there apart from my lovely new roof which I hope to benefit for many a season. I’ve no hesitation in recommending this company all of the staff are informed, friendly and do what they say efficiently.

After a lot of debating I went with the timber rafter replacement roof option for my conservatory. Everyone I have had contact with has been polite, professional, extremely helpful and hard workring. A team of 4 arrived on Thursday the first day and by mid afternoon the old roof had been replaced by a water tight shell. The roof was then tiled and boarded inside over the next 2 days with a team of 2 & 3 guys finishing Saturday lunch time. The finished look both inside and out is exactly what I was looking for and I am extremely pleased with the results. The roof has definitely been tested with the rain we have had recently and it is so quiet. As the conservatory is south facing the difference in the temperature has been noticeable straight away.

The work was the installation of a Leka Warm Roof to my 20 year old Cornhill conservatory. The team arrived on time and during atrocious weather, completed the job in two days. It was a pleasure dealing with 2Hot2Cold, from the initial site survey though to the post-completion call to check I was fully satisfied with the work done. Looked to replace an existing (large) conservatory roof due to multiple leakages, with a more permanent roof. Spoke to several alternatives but they were not particularly knowledgeable & didn’t offer a stable enough solution. Spoke to Oleg & went through different options, discounting some for vibration & longevity. Settled on a Leka system, which is more expensive but very good. The team were excellent and liaised throughout the build process. Work completed as planned. Returned promptly to resolve minor snagging that appeared. Payments all as agreed & everyone a pleasure to deal with.
