Recently had my glass flat conservatory roof replaced with fibreglass and skylight. Very professional both in quoting, subsequent discussions and the team that came and completed the work. Really happy with finish, looks great, immediate benefit in terms of noise and temperature. Should’ve done it sooner. Would definitely recommend 2hot2cold.

From our initial enquiry to the last lick of paint, we couldn’t fault 2Hot2Cold. Our warm roof installation involved replacing a large box gutter (that always leaked) so the project was a bit more complicated. Oleg was so easy to deal with, he explained the process and options so well. We were impressed that the company jiggled the start day to begin the build at the weekend to avoid the worst of the wet weather. The installation team were excellent: punctual, highly skilled, polite and good at explaining their work schedule for the day, they kept us informed at every stage. The whole team clearly take pride in their work with great attention to detail. They were also very good at clearing up with every scrap of waste removed. The office team were friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions, a pleasure to deal with. We love our new room, it’s so much more useable and it has turned out even better than we thought it would! We have no hesitation in highly recommending 2Hot2Cold.

An excellent job from start to finish. From getting a quotation to the work being completed everything was carried out in a very professional manner. The team of operatives arrived on time, worked well together and produced an excellent product which has transformed our conservatory, enabling us to use it as an additional room no matter what the outside temperature. After reviewing several warm roof options, I selected the LEKA roof system, installed by 2Hot2Cold. The consultation provided relevant information without sales pressure. The building team arrived as scheduled each day, and the old roof was removed and replaced with the new roof within the quoted four-day timeframe. The builders were available to answer questions during construction, and the office staff were always on hand to assist when needed.

Having had a large conservatory for 30 years, it has recently been unusable for a few weeks each year due to the excessively high summer temperatures. The blue glass roof had limitations due to heat transmission in the hottest part of the day. I realised that external shading made the situation much more bearable and whilst investigating replacement solutions came across 2Hot2Cold on trusted traders site. Oleg and Alana visited my home and their approach and information was very professional. It quickly became obvious that a replacement warm roof offered far better insulation and was cost effective compared to any modifications just to the existing roof glass/framing. The quotation provided was superior to other potential contractors in terms of cost breakdown and detail. We decided to invest in new Veka frames/triple glazed window units, 2 Velux roof windows and the full Leka warm roof. During the construction phase one or two issues with missing parts (from the supplier) caused some delay, however 2Hot2Cold staff travelled to Wales to collect the missing bits. All the team were very polite, hardworking, clean and helpful. Sadly the glazing delivered was not actually the specification agreed, but following intervention by Oleg, replacement glass was ordered, made and supplied. Despite supplier delays impacting on the job, the team remained helpful and professional throughout and completed the work to a very high standard. We are delighted with our new warm room.

What can I say? Excellent service. The guys doing the work were super-efficient, tidy, and very polite. Everything was finished on time to a very high standard. It has made so much difference, especially during that hot spell in June/July, we were actually able to work in our kitchen, without resorting to putting up a patio umbrella inside. The office staff were just as helpful and accommodating, keeping us informed throughout the process. We highly recommend 2Hot2Cold.

Have enjoyed the recent heatwave in my newly re- roofed conservatory, which previously would have been impossible. The work was performed to a high standard, workers turned up on time and worked until the job was done. Tidied up daily too. Had a couple of snags, from the window supplier side, which was dealt with well by 2H2C. I was always kept up to date when replacements would arrive and when the work would be completed. Highly recommended team.

From the start, Caroline arranged for Oleg to call. Oleg arrived on time and carried out his assessment. He was very professional. Following the agreement on prices the date for work was agreed upon. On the day, the weather was foul, but all the materials were delivered on time and stored ready for the next day. All the time, I was kept up to date every step of the way. The following day, as agreed 8.00 on the dot, Vasyl and his team of 3 men arrived. They all worked so well together and were mesmerizing to watch. By the end of the day, we were weatherproofed. The following day, again, prompted at 8.00 am, and as obviously they were a bit behind due to the weather, 2 teams of men arrived. The finished work is something else, a joy to see. We are at present enjoying the hottest week of the year, and the room is, for the first time we are able to sit in it. I believe the opposite will be true in winter.
