The boiler at my Mum's house in Combe Down broke down on 16th Dec, perfect timing as we have family planning to stay for Christmas. Here we are on 18th Dec, with a brand spanking new Worcester Bosch 8000 fully fitted and house nice and toasty again less than 2 days later! Adam returned my call after hours on Friday evening and couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and was a very neat job. Adam saved our Christmas and fully deserves his Trusted Trader status. Highly recommend.

Another great job by Adam and his team kept within the agreed budget. Nothing was too much trouble, stripped the bathroom completely, boarded the floor in readiness for tiling, fitted spots lights in the ceiling, boxed pipes in before installing bath, toilet, sink, towel rail and bathroom cabinet. All finished off beautifully, very professional and in good humour, meticulous with all the finer details, all achieved with the minimum of fuss and cleaned and kept tidy when finishing every evening. I have been looking forward to my dream bathroom and now I have it.

I have had an old boiler replaced with a combi boiler requiring relocation of boiler and removal or an immersion heater and cold water tank. An en-suite shower and a separate bathroom were also totally refurbished with full tiling to floors and walls and new sanitary ware. Both rooms also got new floors and suspended ceilings. Adam and his team were excellent craftsmen, a specialist tiler and ‘sealer’ were brought in but the bulk of the work was done by Adam and Jason to an exceptional standard. All the workmen, especially Adam and Jason were punctual, courteous and very professional. The work was on schedule and to budget despite some supply issues. The level of tidiness/ cleanliness was excellent with my carpets well protected and a vacuum and clean up every night. I would recommend Adam and his team to anyone wanting a first-class job completed in an exemplary way.

We used ADS Plumbing to move a radiator. I struggled to find a plumber at short notice and ADS Plumbing were responsive to messages and did their best to fit us in, which I was very grateful for just before Christmas. The plumber arrived on time, he had an apprentice with him. They were polite and courteous. The work was carried out with efficiency and they explained everything they were doing. There encountered a slight issue which was dealt with straight away. The work was done to an excellent standard. All mess was cleaned up and the room was left exactly as it was found. At the end of the job they were happy to answer questions about I had about different boiler types. Fantastic service and I will definitely use this company again.

This is the second job ADS has done for us. He is very professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable. He explained everything, gave us our options and prices so we could decide what we wanted to do. He has sorted out the under floor heating and we now have a lovely cosy warm house. It was not easy and he was stuck here until nine pm fixing the issues. I can’t thank him enough, and I would highly recommend ADS for any plumbing and heating needs.

Fantastic and quality service from Adam. Father-in-Laws boiler broke down. Called Adam and he was around the next day, after plenty of fault-finding the oil boiler was consigned to oil boiler heaven. New boiler and flue replaced within days. Very efficient, friendly, tidy and very professional. Kept us informed throughout the entire process, with good old common English. A.D.S are the only business I would use for any heating/plumbing work. I have full confidence in everything they do.

We straight away felt at ease with Adam. He listened to the various issues concerning us and explained clearly how he would tackle them. As he completed parts of the job so he showed us how to use new apparatus he had installed. He advised us that new parts would be of benefit but were not essential, but he didn’t press us to spend the extra money. In all, he serviced our gas boiler; replaced the burner seal and cleaned the heat exchanger; supplied and installed the flow and return pipes; supplied and installed a replacement time switch.

Adam carried out a repair on our cylinder, quickly and efficiently back in September. Since then he has been excellent in answering texts and phone calls with any questions or concerns I have. He is honest and trustworthy and highly recommended

Adam upgraded my gas pipework having previously fitted a new boiler. Was very impressed by his and Jason's skill, professionalism and willingness to talk through all the possible options for pipe-routing before making a decision that would have a minimal impact on the fabric of the house. Also fitted a new loo flush without notice. In short, friendly, efficient, knowledgable and a pleasure to have around. Would strongly recommend!

Boiler service was completed satisfactorily at the scheduled time with minimum disruption. Engineer was friendly and tidy. Value for money.

Adam came to remove an old radiator and then once the room was decorated returned to install a vertical radiator in my lounge. A great service and he meticulously tidied up following installation. He was also very patient as my older walls were struggling with the drilling and attachments. Going above and beyond to pop out and buy additional supplies to make sure it attached safely and it looks great! Highly recommend

Adam responded to an urgent request by 2 OAP's for help with a flooded downstairs toilet. He quickly assessed the situation and made a temporary repair. He purchased an appropriate replacement part and returned to make a permanent repair. He was polite, knowledgeable and skilled in his job. He offered appropriate on-going advice. The invoice was reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Adam was excellent as usual. Good job. He was a little delayed on his previous job but rang to keep me informed. I was well satisfied as usual.

I had a problem, intermittent at first, with noise in the pipes after flushing the toilet/turning on taps. Was unable to turn stopcock on/off. Adam attended at agreed time. Investigated the problem, explained as he went along what he was doing/why/possible causes etc. Made good the stop cock. Checked the pressure and corrected it. At all times was careful and considerate of removing boots etc when entering my house and very polite and helpful and happy to explain in easy terms. Was very pleased with promptness, efficiency and politeness. Highly recommend!

We had a gas cooker delivered but the delivery people would not install. We contacted Adam Briggs and he arrived next day and installed the cooker. He also arranged for the old one to be collected. A great job, well executed as always, and at a good price.
