Ours was a full house move from Bristol to North Somerset to include a piano, two sofas, many garden pots and a million boxes. Dan, Alex, Tom, Louis and the others (sorry, names forgotten) were just great. Their attitude was entirely 'can do' and this was typified when, in the darkness at the end of a long day, they had to lift a heavy garden table over a wall and into a courtyard. Many others would have left it in the garage for us to deal with. All in all, the team made a potentially stressful day simple and no-fuss. On the packing/boxing day, the 2 guys that came to pack the house for us were brilliant, and also the team that moved us on the Friday were an absolute credit to your business. They were polite, helpful, and friendly. They kept us informed as they went about the work they needed to do and let us know regularly if they needed anything from us, too. Having had a completely different experience 8-9 years ago with another removals business, we were unbelievably happy to have had you guys recommended to us, to experience a totally different move this time around. The Bristol Van Removals team made our move from Bristol to North Somerset a stress-free, enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the packing service - Jamie and Ben came the day before the move and packed the entire house, labelling boxes so that everything was so easy to find the other end. Then on move day, Ben, Dan, Philip and Andy moved everything out and into the right rooms the other end quickly and efficiently. Both teams were a pleasure to have around. Jamie's packing skills are extraordinary! We used the cleaning team too to make the house was fresh for our buyers and they did a great job, working around the lads doing the moving. A really positive experience and I'd highly recommend.

We 100% recommend Bristol Van Removals. We moved from the centre of Bristol (terraced street) to a more rural property (a cottage with access issues), and we were delighted with the overall service. Everything that could have been difficult about the move was difficult - cottage-style stairwells, furniture that wouldn’t fit, a tree in the way of the vans’ access - plus the dreaded delayed completion. Not only was everything moved safely and efficiently, but, most importantly for us, by a wonderful team of kind people who remained calm and in good spirits even when things got stressful and a little bit ridiculous. I’m sure they found it a hard move and would have been keen to get home on a cold evening, but they made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and their positivity and steadiness helped keep everything calm. Huge Thanks to Bristol Van Removals for a stress free move, from the 1st contact with Livvy the experience was seamless as well as reasonably priced, Max & Jo arrived perfectly on time and were so very helpful, organised and diligent. They completed the entire loading process much earlier than we had estimated and kept us updated the entire time. The same eefficiency was delivered at the new house, with kindness, respect and I cannot stress enough how IMORESSED we were with these 2 gentleman. Top floor flat, no lift, 60 stairs up, and a ton of furniture and boxes to be moved - then 30 stairs, no lift, at the other end... And Nick, Max, Joe, and Dale made a long, hard day into a smooth, good-humoured and (almost) fun experience. I was impressed at their know-how, pacing themselves with no rushing so no one got injured or slipped or put anything at risk. Likewise, everything, even the most delicate objects, made it over without a scratch or scrape - they just knew what was needed and had enough blankets and protective materials to get it over. The Tetris job in the van was a work of art, likewise the way they got everything into the new flat. Calm n' cool at all times, a pleasure watching skilled professionals at work.
