Bristol Van Removals helped us move from London to Bristol recently. Our move was to a three-bedroom family house with a significant garden — including one entire truck just for plants. I’m not saying I’m *fussy*, but I do have certain expectations of a middle-aged lady when it comes to care, communication, and professionalism. This crew met and exceeded them all. They were punctual, careful with our belongings, and impressively efficient given the scale of the move. From fragile items to the dozens of plants I was worried about, everything was handled with care and arrived exactly as it left. Their team worked with good humour and calm competence throughout, which made what could have been a stressful day far smoother than I imagined. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company that combines professionalism with genuine care.

We just had a few large items to move from Montpelier to Eastville. All done in an hour and James and Darren were professional, polite, efficient and friendly. Great job

Every single person in this team was excellent. The team in the office was unfailingly courteous and helpful, always going the extra mile, moving dates to accommodate us. The packing service was superb (thank you, Jamie), and the moving day team was faultless, with Nick repeatedly going beyond the call of duty. These two days were the bright star in an otherwise tortured conveyancing process, and they set us up happily for our new home.

Friendly yet professional, quick yet patient. If you want to move your stuff, look no further. The easiest, least stressful and most reasonably priced house move I have ever had. I was lucky to have some great lads who shared some advice, disassembled the furniture, moved all the stuff to the van, drove to the place, moved the stuff into the new place, assembled the furniture back and all of that in just a few hours. I almost felt awkward looking at how efficient they were and I did not need to do anything apart from giving them diections regarding where to put the boxes in the new place. Absolute pros. I am very happy with the service and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

We used Bristol van removals for our 4 bed detached move. Because we were held up the usual delays in legals I had to keep changing dates and sending lots of emails! The whole time BVR were amazing and so reassuring. The communication and response time was exceptional. I felt like I was dealing with people who really know what they’re doing and really care. The advice given on the vans I needed and team was excellent and the team on the day were amazing to work with. So efficient, so friendly and careful with all our belongings. No fuss, no hassle all great. It was 32 degrees all day and they were happy to sit and wait for us to receive the new keys. (I did buy them ice creams!) The whole day was totally seamless. I would absolutely recommend BVR for your move!

I have to admit I was seduced by this company's slick on-line presence but in this case they certainly lived up to their promise.From their very professional initial visit to size up the job through to the move itself my wife and I could not have had better service.We went for the pre-move packing option with two men arriving the day before to protect and categorise all our belongings.Each box was expertly marked to ensure easy retrieval at the destination.On the day itself the crew itself arrived early in the morning determined to squeeze the trip to Plymouth and back into one day.They dealt efficiently and courteously with disgorging our countless possessions into our new home before giving us a cheery wave and heading back to Bristol on time.Worth every penny!

Moving can be very stressful but the whole service from Bristol Van Removals took the stress away! I had the full packing service done by Jamie and Andy, they were very efficient and friendly and everything was packed carefully and boxed up and labelled. On the moving day Dan, Alex and Nelson moved me from a 3-bed house to a second floor flat. They worked tirelessly and speedily and I cannot recommend BVR enough. They are also very reasonably priced and worth every penny! Thank you all so much!

Ours was a full house move from Bristol to North Somerset to include a piano, two sofas, many garden pots and a million boxes. Dan, Alex, Tom, Louis and the others (sorry, names forgotten) were just great. Their attitude was entirely 'can do' and this was typified when, in the darkness at the end of a long day, they had to lift a heavy garden table over a wall and into a courtyard. Many others would have left it in the garage for us to deal with. All in all, the team made a potentially stressful day simple and no-fuss. The Bristol Van Removals team made our move from Bristol to North Somerset a stress-free, enjoyable experience. We 100% recommend Bristol Van Removals. We moved from the centre of Bristol (terraced street) to a more rural property (a cottage with access issues), and we were delighted with the overall service. Everything that could have been difficult about the move was difficult - cottage-style stairwells, furniture that wouldn’t fit, a tree in the way of the vans’ access - plus the dreaded delayed completion. Not only was everything moved safely and efficiently, but, most importantly for us, by a wonderful team of kind people who remained calm and in good spirits even when things got stressful and a little bit ridiculous. They completed the entire loading process much earlier than we had estimated and kept us updated the entire time. Top floor flat, no lift, 60 stairs up, and a ton of furniture and boxes to be moved - then 30 stairs, no lift, at the other end... And Nick, Max, Joe, and Dale made a long, hard day into a smooth, good-humoured and (almost) fun experience. I was impressed at their know-how, pacing themselves with no rushing so no one got injured or slipped or put anything at risk. Likewise, everything, even the most delicate objects, made it over without a scratch or scrape - they just knew what was needed and had enough blankets and protective materials to get it over. The Tetris job in the van was a work of art, likewise the way they got everything into the new flat. Calm n' cool at all times, a pleasure watching skilled professionals at work.

I used Bristol Van Removals last month to complete a house move from Somerset to Bristol. It was a highly challenging and stressful time for us, and every member of the team - office staff as well as those who came to do the packing and the moving - did their absolute best to make the process as easy as it could be. The packing service was brilliant. It was fast and efficient, and not a single item was broken. The removal process was also handled brilliantly, and the team went out of their way to successfully complete a two-stage removal (some items into storage, some into a new house). After the removal, I found that a couple of items that should have gone into the house had ended up in storage by mistake. Rather than just leaving it up to me to go and retrieve them, Bristol Van Removals sent two of the original men who did the packing to meet me at the storage unit and help me find the items, unpacking the storage unit item by item, and then repacking it. Everyone knows how stressful moving can be, but with the help of Bristol Van Removals, this was made infinitely more manageable. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I was very impressed with the team that moved the contents from my late father-in-law’s property from Bristol to London yesterday. For me it was quite a daunting and emotional task but the guys were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The items were all handled with care. We have just used Bristol Van Removals to move from Bristol to Calne. The office team were very responsive and helpful and we had the packing as well as removal service. This was all done excellently and efficiently. Ben and has team were superb on our moving day. It was a ridiculous amount of stuff to shift around in a cramped house but they did it all cheerfully and were helpful and positive throughout. An excellent team and great service – will certainly use again but hopefully not for quite a while!
