Every part of the job was carried out in a really professional and efficient way. We paid for the packing service and everything was packed safely and logically. Everyone who worked with us was very friendly and lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. We had to rearrange several times due to changing completion dates, but that was no trouble at all. The move itself was really quick and relatively painless and they didn't leave until we were happy with everything. Overall, it was a great service, and a great job done. Thank you very much!

We used Bristol Van removals in the summer for the second time and they did not disappoint. The guys who came to help us move were polite, courteous, hard-working and willing to go the extra mile. They were so careful with our things I trusted them completely. Moving house is undeniably a stressful experience but I can honestly say moving day went without a single hitch thanks to the guys from BVR! We didn’t use the packing service this time but next time we move we will definitely be giving that a go to reduce the stress even more. I would one hundred percent recommend.

I used BVR to move me in and out of storage and even though they are competitive price wise, they broke items going in and out of storage then we paid extra for the fragile packing service and what a waste of money this turned out to be as there was multiple breakages a number beyond repair, I contacted them numerous times but had to stop as it was stressing me out and I wasn't getting anywhere basically they wanted me to sort everything out and send them on receipts instead of doing the correct thing and dealing with it all, I cannot replace certain items, so if you value your possessions avoid using them.

We’ve had 2 moves with Bristol Van Removals recently (including the packing service the first time) and they’ve been amazing from start to finish. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, the guys moving were careful and efficient, and it was great value, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Bristol van removals stepped in at very short notice to help us out after our previous movers had cancelled on us 4 working days before completion. They have been absolutely brilliant, the admin/ops team are really friendly and responsive. Jamal & team who did the moves (we did two in the end from home to storage and storage to new home) were brilliant, they were professional but also very friendly and really put me at my ease. BVR made a really big difference to such a stressful time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Our move went like a dream thanks to helpful admin team throughout and very professional and very cheerful guys moving on the day. They helped put us at ease, treated our stuff with respect, and made sure everything fitted in the truck and in the quite restricted space at the other end. We had a top to bottom fantastic experience with Bristol Van Removals. Aimee did a fantastic job in helping us select the right combination of services for our needs, and was diligent about following up and making sure things were scheduled and in order. Our movers, Max, Jamie, and Cole were not only careful and professional but funny and compassionate too. They were very careful with our things and kind about the move which I was feeling very sad about. I'd been stressing about this move for months, and i wish had known then how smoothly it would all go, it would have saved me so much worry. We have another move coming up in the future, and I will absolutely be booking with Bristol Van Removals again and will save myself quite a lot of fretting as I know now how easy they make everything.

I wanted to say how brilliant the guys were on moving day! Professional, friendly, excellent at helping me with my cat under the kitchen drama and so absolutely careful they didn’t leave even a scuff mark on the walls! The customer service team were also brilliant at responding to my queries and putting up with the various moving dates! They made it feel like it was no drama. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bristol Van Removals based on our two experiences. The team moved us into storage firstly and then from storage to Scotland. I wouldn't look for any other removals company now, (were it not for the fact that we now live in Scotland!). Fantastic experience! The guys were super friendly and upbeat. We had a lot of stairs but they tackled them without complaint and managed to get our sofa back out the front door, no easy feat. On arrival at our new place, they were very careful and helpful, making sure all our items were put in the right room which saved us loads of time when it came to unpacking. They had a blanket they put down so they didn't track mud into our new home. Very happy! Thanks a lot, guys!

They arrived punctually and were friendly, polite, hardworking and efficient. They treated all our belongings with care and offered a great service. We have used the company before and have always been impressed. They have overseen previous moves and they were all fantastic, as was the team in the office.

When we sold our 3-bed house in North Somerset we used Bristol Van Removals for transporting the entire contents to a storage unit in Bristol. One year later we used them again to transport our things from storage to our new house over an hour away. Both times it was a 3-man team using 2 vans. We thought the service was astounding. For our recent move, Liam, the team leader, and his 2 colleagues, Milen and Nelson, were very professional, punctual, friendly, showed attention to detail, and very respectful of our needs – nothing was too much trouble; they were super careful with our new flooring, reassembled the bed, connected the washing machine, etc., always with good humour. To be perfectly frank, if I were starting a removals company, these 3 guys would definitely be my first hires. They’re simply unbeatable. Whoever is handling recruitment at BVR is doing a fine job. I would also like to mention the superb communication skills of Aimee and Livvy in the office. Emails were answered promptly, usually within the hour, and calls returned likewise within the hour. They were also very accommodating when we had to switch dates after our first house purchase fell through at the last minute. We found the rates to be very competitive. A very happy customer.

I just want to say a huge thank you to BVR for your recent services for our home move at very short notice, thank you Aimee for your support. The day was more stressful than imagined due to exchanging and completing the same day. A very special thank you to the team Ben, Dan, Joe & Dale, who arrived punctually at 8 am on the 3rd November. They were all polite, professional, very careful, courteous and very hard working, all cheery with great work ethic and a can-do attitude. I thought I could pack well, but these guys definitely are the experts at filling space. From completely emptying the old house to fully unloading into the new, and everything where you asked for it to be, these guys were top class, even overcoming the size of sofa issue in a small hallway to the second floor of the new house. I highly recommend BVR and would definitely use it again if we ever move again.

Bristol Van Removals were brilliant! Joe and Jammer were amazing, so quick and efficient. Also managed to put together a complicated IKEA bed that fell apart in the move - my partner and I were ready to just go out and buy a new one but they managed to put it back together. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks for making our house move as stress free as it could be!

Having used the company in 2019 with great success, we used Bristol Van Removals in June 2021 to move my Mother from sheltered accommodation to a residential home. Liam and Ollie were absolutely magnificent and made the daunting task a pleasure. They were incredibly helpful, resourceful, enthusiastic and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble and nothing was broken. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend Bristol Van Removals too highly.

I moved in January 21 and Bristol Van Removals were recommended to me by a former neighbour who had used them. It was easy to book and agree a price but due to illness in my family and the new property not being ready on time I had to cancel my original booking at short notice. This was no problem for BVR who arranged an alternative date for me. On the day of the move, they arrived on time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The 2 removal men were very cheerful and very helpful. My move was completed in double quick time. Everything was moved into the new property in the same condition as when it was packed. I would not hesitate to recommend Bristol Van Removals to anyone who wants to have a stress free move at a very reasonable price. A special mention to the office staff who couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.

Dan and Andy moved us into our second floor flat. They arrived early, worked extremely hard and were clearly highly experienced. Both Dan and Andy were really easy going and nice guys. From the initial quote to the last box leaving the lorry the team were friendly, professional and cheerful. The access at our new home was definitely tight and there was a delay getting our keys. The guys that moved us were great and and were positive throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They were brilliant from start to finish. We had lots of drama getting out date confirmed - we ended up with less than 72 hours notice! The ladies in the office were lovely - Aimee in particular was constantly checking in and was really sympathetic with the situation. Given I was already totally stressed it was really nice to have that! On the day the guys were amazing. We had wardrobes that we realised the night before we couldn’t collapse without destroying - they worked really hard and managed to move them without us having to ruin them! They worked really hard and were really friendly. Couldn’t have asked for anything better after the stress of pre move week!

As arranged by Dave the Director on a pre-visit, the 3 guys arrived at 9 am on the dot and got stuck into moving all out packed boxes and furniture immediately - the 3 men, Dan, Dale and Katarin who were friendly and worked well as a team. They moved us our of our house in time and after a lunch break they moved us into our new house - they took furniture into their desired rooms upstairs and downstairs and were pleasant to communicate with. They worked hard and took some necessary breaks. They even reassembled a wardrobe for us which had to be taken apart to be moved and managed to move a heavy table through a window into our new property. We were most impressed and would definitely use the company again. We were pleased with the price. Thanks guys!!
